We will provide AI mentoring as an on-demand service, and deliver a real-life pathway for the students to choose the right career path and reduce dropout rates across countries.

We will start working with students in 9th grade and walk with them (digitally) throughout their career journey, this way, they will graduate with their diploma and a full set of skills and assets recorded in their DID

We believe the future of hiring will change, and everyone deserves to own their credentials and certifications in their individual DID, this is help employers to match the right candidates to the right job posting!

The SociaLab Foundation is deeply concerned about the traditional educational system which continues preparing students for the last 385 years (americanboard.org) generating professionals that are not necessarily equipped with the tools they need to succeed. On the other hand, many of today's employers are looking for critical and analytical thinking; problem-solving; creativity; communication; teamwork and collaboration; time management; autonomous, capable workers. These are the exact skills set we want our students to acquire before entering today's workplace if allocated to the right career path that will keep them motivated to achieve their dreams.

We are working on a sustainable model to keep Emma operating, we know that the main reason for a student to drop out is financial, offering Emma free for students is critical for us to fulfill our mission and to scale, and we will rely on our foundation.

Scheduled weekly calls with students testing the ai and gather feedback to incorporate in the Dapp

To be scheduled: our 4th group of the live demo with Highschool Students in partnership with Junior Achievement Miami, where Jose Caceres seats on the board.

As we have done in the past with the other 3 live demos, we will validate changes in the development and incorporate new features based on UX.

After three months: we should have 50 students interacting with the AI.
