Detailed Plan
By creating and supporting youth programming, we are able to interact with communities in Africa and train their youth in sport and train their parents in blockchain. We want the whole family to participate in learning about sport and Cardano at the same time! We want to create a professional Football training program specifically for the continent of Africa so that they may produce NFL players, We also want to educate the parents about Cardano and the ecosystem by way of seminars and connecting them to the ecosystem. Training the parents how to use and interact with Cardano Services and businesses.
Recruit ready is a training program for at risk youth here in North America. We want to formalize that program in video format and make it available for trainers, coaches, teachers and anyone interested in training for football player development in Africa. We would like to BRAND the program Cardano FIT (Footballers in Training) and raise awareness of the blockchain through sport.
We are a team of devoted football players and former players that are passionate about the game and want to extend our knowledge of the game to the African continent. The team will consist of equal part American talent and African talent so we can harass the professional experience and training with on the ground educators, trainers and coaches.
The Budget:
Production Costs: $24,000 16 weeks of Daily Programming for $300/Day

Salary Project Founder $1900 Flat Rate for Duration of Project Life
Note the project will attempt to complete the filming in 2 months with 2 filming sessions per day. The video editing is estimated to take an additional 2 months and that cost is included in the $300 quote of the videographer. In other words there are no editing costs.
In Africa, many communities are still not online that requires us to communicate old school style! Snail mail is required for this project. We have not yet chosen the specific countries in Africa but in order to be able support the program participants we cannot manage working with more than 22 countries with the team of 4 people supporting this on a volunteer basis.
