Detailed Plan

1. Purpose of the Proposal

The Cardano Ecosystem is fast enlarging. This growth is propelled by the Project Catalyst venture capital framework and the blockchain's capabilities. The growth of this blockchain is bringing to bear great opportunities. In spite of these advantages that Cardano brings forth many in my region have no idea what Cardano is. Without exposure, the multiplying opportunities will make no impact on the people around.

This proposal seeks to establish a hub in the Northern region of Ghana whose Mandate will be to reach out to the Northern regions of Ghana with the message of Cardano.

We seek to establish a training center that will serve as the main office of the hub where training, education, and marketing strategies will be crafted and executed.

Some of the strategies we look forward to executing are

1. Organizing Conferences on Cardano

2. Seeking slots to talk about Cardano in conferences

3. Taking advantage of social media marketing

4. Producing branded wearables like T-shirts

Where do you plan to develop your project?

Tamale is the third largest city in Ghana and has been adjudged the fastest growing city in the Northern in West Africa. It was the formal capital for the Northern territory of Ghana and host various routes to the Neighbouring countries of Ghana. That makes Tamale a Strategic place to establish Cardano HUB.

The wave of technology has swept through the world. Everybody knows that technology is the way to go. The people of Northern Ghana are not left out in these Technological moves. They will love to be part of the up-and-coming technologies. If a HUB is approved for them, they will surely be a part of it. One of my team members is a trainer in various skill sets and technology has always obtained high attendance.

• Create a center for training and raising Cardano enthusiast

• The number of Yoroi wallets that will be installed through the center

Challenges

What potential challenges-internal or external-could make it harder to achieve short-term and/or long-term success?

The use of bitcoin for fraudulent activities has given blockchain and crypto a bad name. Many cannot differentiate the fraudulent system from the currency that was used. It has made a lot to tagged blockchain and its associated technologies a wrongly. The same will affect the effort to bring blockchain across.

Risk Management

How will you address the foreseen challenges?.

Education is the key and a constant one who will do the job.
