We will bridge Japanese/English communities with an Annual Cardano NFT Art Festival in Japan with local/international artists.

Problem:

There are language and cultural gaps to adopting Cardano. The best way to bridge cultural and language barriers is through creating NFT art

Our proposed solution is to continue the growth of CNFT Festival in Japan focused on growing the Asian community by celebrating Art and NFTs on the Cardano Blockchain.

First of all, we will make the existence of CNFTs known to non-native English speakers from Japan, and attempt to remove the language barrier in the NFT Space, where information is most important.

The event also will be broadcast at the Cardano booth at BlockChain EXPO, the largest IT BlockChain event in Japan, where we will also distribute pamphlets explaining CNFT to Japanese companies, investors, and creators to promote CNFTs.

Our proposed solution will address the challenge of growing the Asian community by inspiring current artists in Japan to get involved in the Cardano Blockchain through NFTs and promote community by bringing in successful Cardano Projects from all over the world to share knowledge with the Japanese Community.

It is also our goal to provide an opportunity for members of the CNFT community from around the world, especially from Europe and the United States, to engage in dialogue with each other.

As a follow-up to this event, we use a Discord server called "CNFT is Community" which will update information in Japanese to the Japanese community interested in the CNFTS. We will also support Japanese creators with successful projects so that they can enter the CNFT space more easily.

The main challenges and risks is funding the project. Our plan to mitigate it is to continue submitting proposals and pitch our festival to sponsors to support the event.

Another challenge is to gather human resources to create videos, translate CNFT information into Japanese, and follow up on Discord.

For this purpose, it is necessary to give a certain amount of labor cost from the Fund acquired to the personnel who will provide support.

The challenge is to continue this EVENT in the next round and to increase the number of projects and participants who will participate.

As a solution to this challenge, we will conduct weekly AMAs on Twitter Space with successful projects from around the world to build relationships and spread the word about this event.

[AUDITABILITY]

We will measure the progress by uploading YouTube Videos of our CNFT Festival in Japan.

And the following we will measure the progress.

・Number of viewers on YouTube Channel

・Number of new creators who joined CNFT Space

Success looks like a 3 day Virtual Festival that celebrates art, NFTs and educates the Asian community about Cardano.

And also in cooperation with the Cardano EXPO team in Japan, the number of business cards exchanged with people interested in CNFT is included in the definition of success.

・The Goal for the number of viewers on Youtube: 3,000 total for the conference.

・The goal for the onboarding creators: 20 newcomers to CNFT and we launch one major collaboration project with an existing project in 6months
