We will exhibit Cardano at BIT in RIO 22 event - We bring to the famous "Marvelous City" the Carioca version of the biggest Crypto event in Latin America, Rio de Janeiro - November, 26th 2022 (1 day).
Problem
Only a few Brazilian companies know Cardano as a main Blockchain. Difficulty in adopting Cardano (ADA) in the real business world and show use cases about the cardano ecosystem.

An event like these needed a strong team. Traveling from São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro to make the Rio version of BitSampa are Felipe Escuredo from Canal Bitnada and Henrique Giron, leading the Hathi Estúdios team.

This duo did an excellent job there aand joined, already in Rio de Janeiro, with the talent of Paulo Aragão from CriptoFácil, to be part of the this group.

And closing with a flourish, we have the partnership made with CoinTelegraph, one of the most reputable news sites in te Crypto world.

Week 1:

  • Contract the sponsorship of BIT in RIO 22
  • Signing of contracts with service providers
  • Make payments to suppliers
  • Buy airline tickets

Week 2:

  • Set the final budget and close the deal for the buffet for a coffee break
  • Set final budget and close the deal for uniform of event staff and for all graphic material for the event (e.g. posters, etc).

Week 3:

  • Carry out the exhibition at BIT in RIO 22
  • Deliver the lecture at the conference
  • Perform presentations to users at the Stand
  • Conduct raffles and prizes for visitors
  • Pay for meals and parking

We currently have a team of 7 additional collaborators working together with our core project team. We already have other projects approved on Catalyst, so we were able to distribute and organize tasks and sprints within our development roadmap. And we also have a bank of technical professionals waiting to be hired according to the increase in projects.
