[SOLUTION] Please describe your proposed solution.

Our proposed solution tackles the prevalent lack of blockchain literacy among African youth. Recognizing this gap, we employ an innovative approach—an online program featuring three experiential challenges. These challenges, informed by insights from our past collaboration with Cardano, aim to demystify blockchain intricacies. The backbone of our strategy lies in producing easily digestible bite-sized videos, ensuring accessibility and engagement. This multimedia content focuses on fundamental blockchain principles and diverse applications, fostering a gradual yet comprehensive understanding.

Our target audience is the vibrant and eager-to-learn youth in Africa. By strategically involving them in these challenges, we aim to not only impart theoretical knowledge but also encourage practical application, cultivating a generation well-versed in blockchain. The impact of our initiative will be demonstrated through the participants' ability to grasp, utilize, and creatively apply blockchain concepts. By gauging the quality, innovation, and resourcefulness of their entries, we can objectively measure the success of the program.

What sets our solution apart is its dual purpose: not only does it equip individuals with valuable blockchain skills, but it also builds a Cardano-centric community in Africa. This community, driven by informed and passionate youth, holds the potential to significantly contribute to Cardano's global mission of a decentralized and inclusive future. The importance of this initiative to Cardano lies in the establishment of a solid foundation in Africa, ensuring sustained growth and influence in the ever-evolving landscape of blockchain technology.

[IMPACT] Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community.

The project's success will significantly benefit the Cardano community by expanding its reach and influence in Africa. The measurable impact will be gauged through several key indicators:

  1. Community Growth: Increased engagement and participation in the program will indicate a growing Cardano community in Africa.
  2. Blockchain Literacy Uplift: Assessing the participants' enhanced understanding and utilization of blockchain concepts will demonstrate the project's educational impact.
  3. Creative Applications: The innovation and creativity displayed in the participants' entries will serve as a qualitative measure of the project's success.

Youth Reached: 1,000,000

Youth Engagement: 30,000

Youth Participation: 2,000

We will measure the success of our project with the below KPIs that will benefit the Cardano ecosystem by organically building trust with youth globally and raising awareness on the benefits of NMKR NFTs, positively influencing youth participation in the ecosystem notably in the global south:

To share our outputs and opportunities:

  1. Regular Reports: Periodic reports detailing participant achievements, community growth, and educational outcomes can be shared through Cardano's official channels.
  2. Collaborative Events: Partnering with Cardano to host online or offline events showcasing project outcomes will ensure a broader dissemination of success stories and lessons learned.
  3. Online Platforms: Utilizing social media, forums, and dedicated online spaces, we will actively engage with the global Cardano community, sharing updates and insights.
  4. Educational Resources: Making project-related educational content, such as exemplary challenge entries and informational videos, available on Cardano's educational platforms will contribute to sustained learning.

By fostering blockchain literacy and community growth, our project aims to create lasting value for the Cardano community. The transparent sharing of project outcomes will not only inspire further initiatives but also reinforce Cardano's commitment to global education and inclusivity.

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Goodwall is an award-winning social enterprise recognized as a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer. Goodwall's founders were listed as Forbes 30 under 30.

Goodwall has delivered on more than 200+ programs to date, trusted by organizations such as UNICEF and the UNDP, governments, and Fortune 1000 companies like SAP and Accenture.

Recently Goodwall hosted a very successful Art Competition "Imagine2050" sponsored by Pictet, the private bank, that was exhibited in collaboration with the Tate Gallery at the London Zoo.

Goodwall has already secured a partnership with NMKR and received their technical green light to mint the art and jointly create a white-labelled Good Art Store to exhibit and auction the NFTs using NMKRs API.

Goodwall has been part of the Cardano ecosystem for years, successfully delivering on multiple Catalyst projects in Fund 8 and 9. Goodwall's CEO, Taha Bawa, spoke at the Cardano Summit in 2022. Goodwall also received a strategic investment from EMURGO and EMURGO Middle East & Africa to leverage Cardano's blockchain to level the playing field for youth everywhere.
