Problem:

Cardano-Stand-Bitconf-bdfb23.jpeg

Only a few Brazilian & LATAM companies are familiar with Cardano Blockchain. There is a challenge in adopting ADA in the real business world, contributing to a missed opportunity in the Web3 sector.

[SOLUTION] Please describe your proposed solution.

Exhibition at the 3 (three) largests Blockchain Events in Brazil / Latin America Cardano Community in the Sao Paulo city and Rio de Janeiro city (BR).

We have the opportunity to sponsor a largests events held in Brazil: BITCONF, BIT IN RIO and BLOCKCHAIN SÃO PAULO. We will still define the selected event according to the date and approved budget.

BITCONF - Conference on Bitcoin, Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies:

Is the largest and most traditional crypto event in Brazil. It has been taking place since 2014 and has already had editions held in Florianópolis, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Fortaleza, Serra Negra and São Paulo. The 2023 edition will again be in São Paulo. It will be three days with many lectures, debates, courses, tournaments and other news.

Almost 5,000 people have already participted in the in-person edition and this number gowrs with each new conference. More than 270 took to their stages to give lectures. More than 50,000 watched the content of the 2 editions online.

BITCONF emerged as a genuine event of the Brazilian crypto community. It was designed and created within the Bitcoin Brasil group, a Facebook community that ecists since 2012 and currently has more than 160,000 members. Its good to remember that without Free Software, probably we would not have Bitcon. And both the Free Software movement and the cryptocurrencies seek to free, democratize and empower people.

We proud to say that in the last 7 years we have contributed a lot to the develpment of the Brazilian Bitcoin, Blockchain qnd cryptocurrency community. But we didn't do it alone. Throughthout its 10 editions (8 in person and 2 online) BITCONF had almost a hundred sponsors, who helped a lot in promoting this great event. Many of them grew together with BITCONF and are now large companies in the Brazilian crypto market.

BIT in RIO is a major event to be a landmark in the Marvelous City.

  • Expected audience of 1,000 to 1,400 people.
  • Space for networking and business
  • Booth area located in front of the plenary, ensuring the necessary visibility for public engagement
  • Many influential people in the national and international Crypto world
  • Impeccable infrastructure, at the Convention Center of the Hotel Windsor from Barra
  • Lectures and panels with many Crypto market icons

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

We believe that the cost of the project is quite affordable for what we will deliver in terms of adoption and utility by the people who use the ADA Cardano cryptocurrency in Brazil and Latin America.

With the dissemination of Cardano being diversified in the most important city of LATAM, many learnings and novelties will be shared within the Cardano ecosystem.

This work will get very close to the local crypto communities and bring many positive insights that will help in the growth, involvement and establishment of the brazilian Cardano community.
