Project PAUSED for June (see reasoning provided above)

1. Reviewing of the results of phase 1 before June 2022 (where we did some pre-work in MIRO and in our original SaaS-Tool licensed from ITONICS).

2. Since beginning of September again: Weekly working-group sessions, touching all our work streams in the segments of business, technology, legal, ESG and politics (under the business-related guidance of Thorsten Pottebaum and Heinz Gassner, under legal guidance of Mary Shenk and Michiel Van Roey, soon under special guidance of a renowned professor of the Brussels School of Governance for ESG and Politics AND in coordination with DLT & Blockchain institute of University of Malta as part of a sponsored Dissertation).

3. Ongoing: Basic research (in form of a sponsored Dissertation based on extensive literature study and interdisciplinary expert interviews) of how to 'appetise' WEB3.0 and future Metaverse in the area of Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Industry. Establishing a strong collection of academic and industry-related material in ZOTERO, drafting the Dissertation in coordination with University of Malta supervisors. Draft Title of the Dissertation:

'WEB3.0 (DLT, Blockchain and the Metaverse): A logical next step in the digital transformation of manufacturing industry? A contribution to taxonomy with recommendations for corporate risk-management and digital transformation strategy.'

4. Next steps: Transforming the Dissertation into a DLT360 WHITEPAPER. This will then become integral part of the BUSINESS/ECONOMY section of our DLT360 NAVIGATOR and show up as OPPORTUNITIES and RISKS on the related DLT360 Risk & Opportunity Radar.

5. We expect closeout in December

No funding instalment for this specific project requested for this month, as we were mainly working on:

1. Integrating our various projects (and content) into our overall overall DLT360 NAVIGATOR environment (based on GitHub, OBSIDIAN, ZOTERO and specific applications on our WEB-site)

2. Refining our overall processes, tools and team-setup for securing longterm success

3. Focusing on getting the overall DLT360 Whitepaper done and finalise our company foundation (most likely as Hong Kong Limited Company).

Our focus in December:

1. Weekly working-group sessions under the business-related guidance of Thorsten Pottebaum and Heinz Gassner. The discussions are documented in MIRO and the results are kept in our GitHub repository and in OBSIDIAN as well as on DROPBOX (until we find better solutions).

2. Establishing the Economy/Business/Industry Segment of the DLT360 NAVIGATOR. We do this basic structuring for Primary, Secondary, Tertiary and Quaternary Industries and by applying industry-best-practice management process frameworks.

3. Elaborating NAVIGATOR details for the Manufacturing Industry (major parts of the Secondary Industry Segment)

4. Sync with our planned DLT360 Innovation Accelerator Program, so that the established NAVIGATOR content and Risk & Opportunity Radar Content is best suitable for our future industry cohort-programs.

5. Checking, correcting and refining of the Economy/Business/Industry Segment of the DLT360 NAVIGATOR.
