We want to start with an example, in January 2022 there was an explosion of projects related to Metaverse, NFT or Defi projects on the Cardano ecosystem but there were a lot of investors in the community have been lost their money because of scam project. There are two basic reasons as follows:
- Users are fomo and do not understand basically what is Metaverse, what is NFT besides not knowing what information to find out to verify the feasibility of a new project.
- A number of Defi projects are known since 2021 and can be considered initially as potential projects, but during the operation, the quality of the projects has gone down, but there is not really a single source of general information, track to assess the health of projects.
So We can see the following problems:
- Blockchain or Crypto is entering a period of widespread acceptance along with the number of related projects increasing at a dizzying rate. The difficult thing for investors or those who want to learn about blockchain knowledge is that the knowledge in this field can be found everywhere but most of them are copies of each other and are not systematic. Very few websites have general, basic and educational resources for users. Or there are sources that have systematic and quality knowledge but are highly academic and do not have two-way interaction with readers, so the number of readers understands very little. Therefore, it is very difficult to accurately assess the quality of a project. To evaluate a scam project will not be difficult through Vcoincheck V 1.0, but to evaluate and monitor a good or bad project, from good to bad or vice versa is a completely different thing. Or the knowledge to evaluate an application layer project is completely different with an infrastructure layer project. Users will need to have a basic source of knowledge, easy to understand, easy to find and can exchange with others when needed.
- What Cardano builds or develops is like a textbook on blockchain, but too few people know about it and the number of people who understand it is also very limited. Technical and academic language barriers are also a big cause for difficulty in learning and research. This makes it difficult for a large number of users to access, exchange and learn from each other. Although English is a common language, in many countries where English is not a common language, this will be a barrier to the expansion of blockchain.
- Currently, there are a number of websites that provide information about projects implemented in Cardano, but most of them are in the form of one-way interactive websites. Users only go there to look up basic information about the project they are interested in if it is already listed on those sites. Then they may not come back for nothing more than general project presentations. What the community needs is a multi-dimensional interactive evaluation platform, convenient search and recommendation functions, and sources of information for comparison.

Here is our Solution:
In vcoincheck ver 1.0 version, we built a website to evaluate project scores under a decentralized model, the effect achieved is that users are skilled in evaluating crypto projects in a simple but still passive way. waste time. In this upgraded web version, we want to build a library of basic scientific knowledge related to blockchain in general and Cardano in particular. As well as integrate more technical features into the project evaluation section to help communities easily interact with each other and have more objective comparisons.
Specific solutions are as follows:
1: Build a knowledge library with an inclusive structure
- Basic blockchain knowledge (eg: what is blockchain? What is DLT? What is the structure of a blockchain platform? Blockchain trilemma?
- Knowledge of the Cardano blockchain (eg: What is the Cardano blockchain? POS mechanism – what is ouroboros? What is Hydra? What is the Haskell programming language?
- Catalyst library.
At the beginning of the project, we will try to build a knowledge library by topics, knowledge classes according to the system, the format of a knowledge article?

2: Continue to improve and upgrade the website's project evaluation system.
- Multi-language implementation and at this phase we will add Japanese into the website. The details solution for this we would like to present in another proposal (Knowledge hub for Vietnam and Japan => https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/397460)
- Integrate the market price update module for projects with price information (chart…)
- Design more features to increase user interaction such as: comment box, comparison chart, analystic chart.
Users can interact directly with project reviewers if they have a need,
- Design a basic forum for the community to interact with each others.
3: With the desire to build an evaluation website according to the decentralized governance model. At this stage we begin to implement decentralization while ensuring the stability of the platform in the initial stage:
- The evaluation criteria system or the way to evaluate the project will be decided by the community. However, at this stage we will start doing it with a group of reviewers and administrators (who have a lot of blockchain knowledge). At the end of this stage “the decision power” about the format or evaluation’s content of projects will be transfer from core-team to these group.
- Build a Reputation list system (basic will include prestige points and Energy system)
- Design ideas for Contributor concept (Contributor will include: administrators, reviewers, donators, translators, developers, ADA staker who stake ADA into our pool or our related pool). These will be the key components of the platform for building decentralization.
This proposal helps the Vcoincheck website will be upgraded to a new level. New technical features will make the website more user-friendly, making the analysis and assessment of the quality of projects built on Cardano more intuitive and accurate. Users will have many tools to serve their purposes when participating in vcoincheck's website such as project evaluation, viewing project evaluation, direct connection with evaluation experts, and looking up blockchain's relative knowledge through the knowledge Library. Through that, it will help the Cardano user community to have more information and knowledge about the Cardano ecosystem. As well as attracting new users, they can access more accurate, transparent and objective information about Cardano.
The proposal also initially creates a website model of content management in a decentralized form, the decision maker will be a member of the community of website participants. The content management subclasses will gradually move from the core team to the contributors in different fields.
Academic articles in the library need technical writers or blockchain experts, while the initial team of reviewers may not have as many.
• Solution: We will connect technical people, devs, blockchain's experts in the Vietnamese community and this is possible when most of the core-team are people who driven large Cardano's communities in Vietnam.
Building a reputation list as a goal can be difficult because the number of quality reviewers and non-profit working is very small in the community.
• Solution: Complete the most scientific way to evaluate the project and the most detailed guidance system to help reviewers improve their own skills. Strengthen advertising activities, encourage the community join the website in the early stages.
The website can be bombarded by a community with a very active and massive user base. It will make information on website less objective.
