DLT based Innovation Funds such as Project Catalyst are not only a great initiative for the Cardano Ecosystem, but also find their key role in multiple blockchain ecosystems, such as Polkadot Open Gov, SingularityNET’s project DeepFunding, Mina’s ZKIgnite, Gitcoin etc…

At this point, all ecosystems heavily focus on innovating and further developing their innovation funds as best as possible, yet having little to no capacity to look at what other ecosystems are building in their innovation funds. SWARM, active in not only the cardano ecosystem but in a various of blockchain and tech-innovation environments has a great position to use its knowledge and relations across ecosystems to identify best practices, commonalities and differences of innovation funds across a number of ecosystems and to build a strong knowledge base for everyone to easily access and use knowledge to improve their own innovation funds.

To provide an effective learning Management system for anyone to easily understand and transform knowledge into action, we will use the Andamio platform to ensure that we do not only provide great educational resources, but that action is also tied to the use of the cardano blockchain.

Our gained knowledge from DLT based innovation funds, identified best practices captured in a SWARM Innovation Fund PBL would be a great source for Cardano and Project Catalyst to have a source of knowledge to improve project catalyst ecosystem and community and to ensure that best practices from other ecosystems can be easily implemented into Catalyst, leading to easy-innovation lvl up and effective further development and growth.

Swarm has been active in Catalyst since its earliest days in early 2021. Since inception, we played a key role in building up the Catalyst Ecosystem and communities, initiated and supported the emergence of whole communities, projects and companies and have since then, grown our networks and engagements across multiple ecosystems where we play a key role in using early experiences and knowledge at Catalyst, to build up ecosystems and innovation funds across the globe.
