Detailed Plan

Summary: The fastest path to a sustainable method of 3D NFT's will be through rapid testing and iteration. Design components will be generated that are individually configurable together for a final product.

First, we will add the third dimension to common NFT's such as spacecoins Rockets! This fun NFT will get the community excited about Space and hardware that represents spacefaring civilization.

Second, we will add configurable options such as vehicle primary structure, vehicle secondary features, engines, overall sizes, feature counts, emblems, colors, and more. We will

Following this we will physically manufacture the project with a custom hash tied to its NFT. We will work with the Adosia team to ensure this hash is tied to the build file containing gcode and the build report with final quality checked.

We expect this three-tiered approach to require 1 month to complete each portion and deliver designs, software, and final hardware at each stage.

**Market:**Our target audience will be those learning want to mesh the physical and digital worlds. We will reduce the mental barrier to entry of the common man into non-fungible tokens by combining with hardware.

Product: Our rockets will be individually unique and dynamically generated based on the randomization of a set of parameters upon initiation. The token owners will be able to print the design itself!

Acquisition: There are several user acquisitions models.

- Reach out to existing communities under Spaceoins and Adosia

- Work with other pool operators that are mission driven to improve community engagement on the chain

- work with other successful NFT teams that already have some amazing characters, and convert some of them into physical products

Monopoly: This will be the first set of 3-D printed NFT ever existed, so it will have a monopoly share from the beginning. As we introduce more Spacecoin NFTs, more community members will join. As space industry continues to progress more users will become interested.

~ 5K design work for 50 hrs

~ 1k manufacturing proof of concept hardware

This budget will allow two senior design engineers to focus on highly specialized releases that are individually unique. Upon completion of designs, the budget will be used to manufacture the products in various materials from metals to plastics.

Getting on the road: Month 1 - Get the first 10 designs completed and parallel path initial manufacturability of designs

Month 2 - Make sure printers in the network can support the designs with a unique hash

Month 3 -Continue with marketing campaign and support any issues users are having with their print.

IP: We will have the MIT Open-source License on all of our designs.

Defining success:

Wins #1: have 10 sets of designs completed, and delivered to users as NFT

Wins #2: The users with the NFT successfully executed their 3D prints

Bonus wins #3: Users print NFT for real world printed rockets

In conclusion:

This fundamental groundwork will lay out the best practices and approach for 3D NFTs and physical representation of those items. Throughout the process we will be receptive to feedback and rapidly implement improvements from the community. This is a unique method to integrating the digital and physical world that keeps and element of fun and scientific excitement through printed rockets!
