[IMPACT]

We already have 2 live apps with 120K musician users and 20k providers. No official launch or any marketing was ever done.

We want to onboard them to crypto and build use cases for Governance of the DAO, Payments, NTF, Smart Contracts for Gigs, DeFi, Services.

To do so the AMY Music DAO leverages blockchain to 1. connect 2. promote and 3. equalize

AMY Music DAO = Blockchain + Tinder + TheVoce + RobinHood.

This vision is already begun with the “tinder” part with our first two apps dedicated to conencting musicians and the Studio service providers:

Our app AMY Music https://amy.network is already connecting musicians and services worldwide and in 4 languages.

Our AMY Studios app https://studio.amy.network is connecting Studios.

We are seeking funds from Cardano to help develop the Governance portion of the DAO.

Re-enfranchisement:

1.Music related Services are fragmented and of limited access to the masses.

2.Social Networks are centrally owned. We are the product, not stakeholders.

3.The Talen industry is monopolized by narrow commercial interests that benefits a very few.

The AMY Music DAO looks to re-enfranchisement musicians, services and investors, through a shared and decentralized economy. The DAO ensure participants are also owners and reap the benefits.

DAO governance is still a concept in evolution. Testing and constant improvements needs to be done for tools, methods and process.

Also, the on-ramping of masses to crypto presents challenges in user experience.

M14 to M20 - WP4: Marketing & Development Phase 2

Earning by participation on the AMY platforms. Users that contribute to the AMY Network content, keeping it alive, earn rewards. From completing your profile to validating digital copyrights or resolving disputes on services that were provided, and many other actions will earn AMY Tokens.

Earnings and Exposure from Community Awards/Contests. AMY will organize frequent community events like challenges, festivals, and tournaments where the community can both participate and be the judge to assign awards.

Earnings from Tips. Tipping to demonstrate instant appreciation. Fans and other musicians can demonstrate appreciation and validation for a work of art or a performance through instant tipping with AMY tokens.

Earning from Sponsors/Patrons. Just like Patreon.com, only the artist gets to keep a lot more of the gift/reward as the AMY platform would take a minimal fraction of the fees compared to Patreon.com

M21 - M24 - WP5: DAO Ownership Transfer.

M24-M38 - WP6 Stretch Goals - Broadening of use cases covered by Tokenomics.

Earning from the Community Artist Launchpad. The community identifies new and emergent talent, finances it, owns shares in it and launches it. This is a new way to find and launch undiscovered talent.

Earnings and Investments opportunities from NFT Sales for the creating artist and also for other community members seeking to invest in emerging talent, for assets like Tracks, Lyrics, Tickets, Artwork, Performances, Live Streams, and more.

Earnings from Musical Gear Sales. The marketplace is already a feature in AMY Music.

Earnings from Digital Twin Sales when a physical item like music gear is associated/paired with a digital item like an NFT of a song, jingle, or performance. The NFT also ensures originality and provenance of the physical good (think of a custom shop guitar with an embedded and unique tag, associated with its digital NFT certificate)

Earnings from Gigs Booking. Use of Smart Contract to formalise booking of gigs, streamline agreements and payments.

Earnings and Copyright protections from NFT + DRM. Free the artist from the collecting societies.

[AUDITABILITY]

Milestones, publicly declared and available for verification on public gitlab and on the already live products. As a feature becomes available, passes QA, we will publish it on our live apps.

Increased user base. Currently 120K musicians and 20k providers. We ar looking atat least 10x ths numbers with a minimum push.

Delivered value to the user base:

  1. demonstrated savings over other existing services

  2. demonstrated revenues by the DAO through new/improves/additional services: new services providers generating revenue

  3. AMY Token velocity as the platform economy takes hold we expect to see the native tokne assume more velocit

It is a new one.
