There is no way to track the progress and expenditures of Catalyst projects.
We need a Dapp to distribute a token (NFT) to each catalyst winner, and track their progress/expenditures in a single Dapp.
I want to build a mini Dapp that would track the expenditures of each project, so that the whole community can keep the checks and balances on each other.
The idea is that only participants of a single catalyst proposal round would have access to each other's information, but I would also be open to having this open access to all Cardano community members.
There is a lack of transparency in the peer-auditing process. We need to engage the Catalyst community itself and build a system of checks and balances from the grassroots level.
The wallets that are hooked to the token are not used for expenses. This means we would have to have a requirement from catalyst to use the wallet which has the token.

The Dapp can be built in 8 weeks with proper planning.
TODOs:
- Mint the tokens, decide what properties they hold (simple fungible token for each catalyst round)
- Creating an automated token distributor to Catalyst Winners (send tokens with the funding)
- Creating a dashboard with all funded projects
- Hook the token wallets to the UI
- (optional) allow only catalyst winners, allow adding descriptions, filters
