TEAM
Paula García
Project Manager: Oversees that the whole project KPIs are met on time, works closely with the Catalyst and coordinates all the execution of the project. Responsible for the planning of the project and overseeing the team.
Xavier Bolaño
Partnerships Manager, Head of Research: Full management of relationships that will key on the research effort to build the map of the Blockchain ecosystem in Latam and set its status in front of the challenges ahead, the state of art and the necessary partnerships to be developed in the future to have a solid scenario.
Alejandra Paniagua
PR Coordinator: Management of Public and Private partnerships that will allow us to different kinds of actors in the Blockchain ecosystem in Latam and the expected evolution through the coordination and interconnection of multiple efforts in the region.
Camila Albornoz
Marketing: Responsible for the communication and marketing strategy of the project. Includes communication and marketing plan, elaboration of audiovisual and graphic pieces, diffusion campaigns and design for the events and reports.
TIMELINE
Month 1: Planning & Setting Reach
Planning the research activities, tools to be used, methodology of analysis and compelling information, expected reach and establishing exceptions to the study
Objective → Determine the holistic structure of the research project and key roles / activities to satisfactorily reach the goal.
Month 2 - 3: Data collection and analysis
Using different types of tools, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, we'll collect the data necessary to understand the current status of the ecosystem in the region and compare with others to realize the missing development.
Objective → To have the most relevant information from the key players and enthusiast, and later analyze the available resources as well as the challenges to evolve Blockchain in the region..
Month 4: Publication & Sharing
Exposure of the results and sharing with multiple stakeholders to generate awareness and motivate others to participate in the challenges as well as the policies and developments needed in the future of Blockchain in Latam.
Objective → To spread the word about status of Blockchain in the region and share with different stake

MONITORING & EVALUATION
Seedstars' impact is derived from activities undertaken internally by its teams, as well as activities these teams undertake with entrepreneurs in emerging markets. It's Theory of Change (TOC) shows the combined contribution of these impact pathways towards the ultimate intended impact of the organization: "Seedstars contribute to economic development in emerging markets". The TOC is the backbone of Seedstars' Performance Monitoring Framework to assess its intended impact.
With this, after each event it will be shared with Catalyst the status of the metric of the activity. Together with this, proper adjustments will be made in order to optimize the metrics for the following events. At the end of the year of activities, a report will be made Catalyst x Seedstars x Latin America where it will showcase all the impact and main takeaways from the activities in each ecosystem.
