Reasons for approaching the problem:

• <u>Technical content</u>: With the advent of Cardano's Voltaire era, technical information becomes increasingly intricate and voluminous. The complex information needs to be presented more engaging & succinctly to the point.
• <u>Language barrier</u>: The main in local Asian languages, predominantly Vietnamese and Japanese, where the majority of the community are non-English speakers.
• <u>Time limits: </u>The long-form format is not well-consumed and usually gets bored by audiences who are less and less time resources and have increasingly more choices of media channels. The average time spent is under 2-5 minutes.

The project engagement and potential impacts:

• Phase 1: In phase one, we already created more than 210 videos by optimizing the core videos/documents from Cardano Foundation, IOHK official channel, and Cardano Founder Charles Hoskinson into short Tiktok formats in over 7 months (Completed)
• Phase 2: In fund 10, we will prepare the video in Japanese (a larger Cardano community with potential needs for community adoption.)
• Uniqueness: The source of information is reliable, timely updated, and interesting format/added visual effects in the TikTok short-form formats to tackle FUD information about Cardano (for example, recent FUDs of ADA with the SEC security case or the Vasil hardfork.)

Learning and Insights from the Cardano Community

• Community Feedback for more decentralized content: We learned from the community: We really welcomed feedback from the community about the frequency of the TikTok channels, the content format, and the AMA to ask for which topic they want to listen to.

• We also build a rewarding mechanism to have volunteers translate and do the admin work (translation of the original video, shortcut video keynotes, final supervision, publishing work) to prepare the quality content. At the end of the day, we want to make Cardano information interesting and effective for busy people and attract newbies (F0) into the community.

The Cardano Asia TikTok channel will:

1. Enhance the Vietnamese, and Japanese community's understanding of Cardano's blockchain tech, helping ADA holders appreciate the asset's value beyond price fluctuations.
2. Keep ADA holders updated about tech progress and the evolving Catalyst ecosystem, strengthening their belief in Cardano's future.
3. Meet the challenge set for Eastern Asia countries, as we are the frequent contributor to Cardano Eastern Townhall.
4. Promote the Cardano blockchain to potential Vietnamese users and involve more developers in the ecosystem.

We plan to double the size of the channels in the next 6 months with 200,000 total channel interactions, including followers and likes/shares.
