[IMPACT]

We didn't know what to expect when we lured 6 blockchain loyalists into a mysterious Zoom meeting to explore a controversial Cross Chain NFT proposition to fund our timely film. However, a powerhouse team emerged with a desire to help us bring awareness and resources to those struggling with thoughts of suicide.

As independent filmmakers, our plan is to build a strong cross-chain community that will help us fundraise through NFT's by combining the talent, experience, and market share visibility of Ethereum with the low cost, world class community, talent and dependability of Cardano.

Not only is our goal to bring blockchain communities together for the greater good, but to pave the way for creatives to embrace a new path to blockchain mass adoption. We believe the only way to establish healthy cross chain communities is by fostering authentic relationships through constructive interaction. Let's build something together and learn from one another along the way.

While this proposal only encompasses the Barracuda Movie NFT Series 1 fundraising drop & Series 2 Pre Production (Live Shots) & Storyboard Collection(s), we have a Cardano+Ethereum Cross Chain roadmap (attached) that spans over the films entire production process. At the end of this process, an unlimited Movie Access Token offering will be launched on more chains in 2023.

For reference: Barracuda features a young Native American Marine struggling with PTSD who embarks on a road trip with his best friend, an Asian-Indian crypto entrepreneur, in a 1974 Barracuda. The bonds of brotherhood are tested as our hero rediscovers his inner warrior and finds a new mission worth living for.

Our mission is to uplift and support those struggling with mental health while empowering underrepresented voices in entertainment and educating the general public on real life use cases for blockchain.

While March celebrates the anniversary of Cardano's first NFT's ever minted (Cardano Kids 3.10.21), there are still many unaware that Cardano even has NFT's. The below strategy will not only help us reach our goal to start film production, but will bring visibility and more wallet holders to Cardano as an added bonus!

<u>Cross Chain Barracuda Movie NFT's Strategy</u>

Solidify an all-star Cross Chain Project Team that includes members from both Cardano and Ethereum (some of these are still in negotiations pending financing)

  • Artist - Comes from Ethereum
  • Marketing Ops Lead / Project Manager - Cardano
  • Cross Chain Community Mgt Services - Ethereum / Chain Agnostic

Series 1: Two hand-drawn 1 of 1 pancake layered generative art collections: 1 on Ethereum and 1 on Cardano

  • Both collections will be done by the same artist, incorporate the car, but be different approaches

  • Bonus: Limited edition custom Barracuda NFT's created by our artist inspired by the holder can be won during events, giveaways, or golden tickets

  • Special utilities will be revealed throughout the production process and holders will be able to access the movie with their any Barracuda Series NFT's

  • Bonus: there will also be a special blockchain cut of the movie

  • Barracuda Movie NFT Team and a limited number of cross chain community members will see their names (and possibly their PFP's or Barracuda NFT's) in the film credits

  • Easter eggs from other Cardano and Ethereum projects will be found throughout both collections

Series 2: The Pre-Production (Chain A) and Storyboard Collections (Chain B)

Exclusive Limited Edition Native Artist Partner (Small Quantity) Drops will be released across both chains

Exclusive NFT's will be created in Q3 for airdrop to holders in Q4

A very limited number of "Golden Tickets" will either be drawn into the NFT's or written in the metadata. These Golden Tickets will award special experiences or more valuable offerings.

  • Examples: being flown to the live premier, a day on set, be an extra in the movie, cast & crew meet up, or ride in the Barracuda.

Individuals who hold Cardano AND Ethereum Barracuda Movie NFT's will be eligible to win "Golden Tickets" or a very limited edition custom Barracuda NFT created by our artist inspired by the holder.

  • Celebration ritual for each Golden Ticket holder - Marketing opportunity

Barracuda Movie NFT's Cross Chain Community will be built in Discord with Bots catering to both communities.

Community Managers will be hired to manage/execute social media engagement and recruit people into the Discord from both chains.

  • Goal: Cultivate a welcoming brand culture of authentic inclusivity (tribe/family), kindness, fun, innovation, and support

  • Mental health, veteran, and suicide hotline resources will be featured in special channels

  • There will be channels designated to each chain within the Discord, but we envision a majority of channels being general engagement channels

Cross-promotion events will take place with both Cardano and Ethereum projects

Website will host dynamic Cross Chain Content and DApp integration for purchasing NFT's directly from the website

  • Resources and tools will be linked to Cross Chain community member organizations or groups who support mental health and military veteran/first responder communities.

  • Bonus: Recording (musical artists) from both Cardano and Ethereum will be featured in the soundtrack which will be featured on the website as well.

Bonus Cross Chain Engagement Teaser - Words to a special seed phrase will be easter egged throughout the movie itself which will be linked to a special wallet filled with goodies

Official Movie Poster may or may not have both Cardano and Ethereum easter eggs hidden in them.

$80k is what is needed to hire the manpower, pay for the marketing assets and build the community infrastructure to achieve cross chain success for our NFT project with this desired scope.

When a project's mission is bigger than our fear or maximalism sword, something magical happens. Walls slowly come down, relationships are built between blockchain loyalists and their communities, and a hunger for overcoming challenges together is born.

We've already seen a glimpse of how Barracuda's mission and vision is doing this. Now we only need the funding to embark on our epic journey of producing a Cardano + Ethereum NFT project together.

Our movie tells a story of going on a journey of self-discovery for both our main characters. One is skeptical of blockchain at first. The other's blockchain maximalism is humbled from the very beginning when he is pushed out of his own company. Whether it's our real life NFT journey or driving across the heart of America in a classic muscle car, both will bring multiple blockchain communities together in the name of helping people know their life matters and people care.

We will cultivate long term cross chain relationships and pave the way for more Ethereum and Cardano enthusiasts to collaborate and expose each other to the best practices and benefits of each others chains. It will start positive conversations in Ethereum social spaces about Cardano and spike curiosities to learn more.

  1. Being apart of the Barracuda Movie NFT Community will not go away once the movie is released. It's like being born into a family. You are now apart of a legacy memorialized on film.

The major risk in any large team collaboration/heavy endeavour is mis managing expectations, people, and money well. It is critical we establish a culture of transparency and communication that thrives on clear expectations/accountability, planning, and organization. This package needs to be wrapped with bows of empathy, kindness, and making sure people know they are valued publicly and privately with fair compensation for their time and skill.

The other majors risks could include:

  1. Other major project launches happening the same time as ours forcing us to fight for share of voice
  2. Community engagers mishandling or misrepresenting the brand if not trained properly
  3. Not having a damage control plan in place
  4. Technical Cross Chain DApp or Bot integrations not cooperating / any technology failure
  5. User unfriendly Cardano and Ethereum wallets
  6. Scammers
  7. Not being paid out according to our phase breakdown needs may be an issue.
  8. There may be ways to float money in the interim if we know we are being funded
  9. Taking out a loan is not the most desirable option or guaranteed at the moment, but could be pursued in absolutely needed
  10. We have also been actively pursuing innovation, mental health advocacy, and diversity grants as well (as a woman and minority owned entity)
