• Summary: Our proposed solution is to establish a regular series of Twitter Spaces sessions dedicated to providing educational content within the Cardano community. We aim to engage and inform community members by hosting these sessions consistently and offering valuable insights into various Cardano-related topics.

• Personnel: the team consists of two highly experienced and recognized Twitter Space hosts, myself and my cohost Rhys. With a combined track record of over 100 successful spaces, we have established ourselves as trusted sources of educational content in the Cardano ecosystem. Our expertise in hosting engaging discussions and our extensive network within the Cardano community enable us to invite guest speakers from notable Cardano projects and official entities like IOHK and the Cardano Foundation.

• Frequency of Spaces: We propose hosting these Twitter Spaces sessions once every week, ensuring a consistent and reliable source of educational content for the Cardano community. This frequency allows us to cover a wide range of topics and address the most pressing and requested subjects at any given time.

• Positive Impacts for Cardano: Our solution brings multiple positive impacts to the Cardano ecosystem. Firstly, by providing educational value in an engaging and non-shilling manner, we empower community members to stay informed about key developments, governance processes, and emerging trends within Cardano. Our solution addresses the challenge by offering a consistent platform for the community to access educational content in an engaging and non-shilling manner.

This will benefit the Cardano ecosystem by empowering community members to learn, interact, and have their voices heard. It will also boost morale during the bear market, fostering a sense of community and enhancing sentiment.

We will measure the success of our project by monitoring the below metrics

-number of spaces produced: this is set to be 4 each month

-retention of listeners: should be on average monthly no lower than 80%,

this is calculated by: how many listeners are in the space at the 30-minute mark divided by the 80-minute mark. This is to measure the quality of the spaces, the higher the retention rate, less people left the space, higher the quality of the space

We plan to share the outputs and results of our project through various channels, including Twitter itself, uploaded to youtube, podcasts, and the Cardano forum.

This will ensure that the information and knowledge generated during the Twitter Spaces sessions reach a wider audience and provide long-lasting educational value.

As an experienced Twitter Spaces host, with a track record of over 100 successful sessions and elected as the best educational influencer by the Cardano community, Dumpling is recognised to be a top moderator and Twitter Space host. Rhys from Stoic Pool, who has been acting as Dumpling’s cohost, is also highly experienced.

Both are known and trusted members of the community known for being straightforward, non-shilling, and engaging space hosts.

The main goals of our project are to provide consistent educational Twitter Spaces sessions, engage the community, and boost morale.

We will validate the feasibility of our approach through regular feedback from participants, monitoring attendance and engagement levels, and assessing the overall impact on community sentiment and knowledge acquisition.

Each month we will deliver 4 Twitter Spaces, with different guests. We will also publish each of these spaces to Youtube for people to catch up and skip through easily in a different medium.

We will also track space metrics to have a clear dataset we can review for insights into how the spaces are performing and how we can adjust to improve them going forward.
