Solution

CREATE A SYSTEM THAT BE A TRANSPARENT BANKING CLOCKWORK, which allows accounting in real time, from the NGO through the blockchain.

Donors will have the possibility to see how the donations are spent.

Problem

NGOs receive donations and donors don’t know exactly how they spend their money, generating distrust in the management of the managed assets, reducing the offer of donors despite the demand of help.

Please describe your proposed solution

  • HOW WE PERCEIVE THE PROBLEM TO SOLVE.

The Treasury of NGOs are like a Black Hole into which resources enter and no one knows what they are used for in detail. The Accounting of NGOs should be public and easily accessible.

  • REASONS FOR APPROACHING IN THAT WAY.

Organizations have no transparency on accounting and do not exist any solution to audit what the NGOs do with the money people donated. So moving all the accounting to the blockchain and showing it in real time, will generate confidence from donors, increasing the demand of donations. The main idea is to be able to allow donors to track where their donations go using the Cardano´s Blockchain.

  • WHO ARE ENGAGE?

Donors and NGOs Authorized Donees(1). FINGO is the bridge between donors and confirmed entities that approved a participation protocol that certifies it´s an Organization that promotes Child Development from Prevention**.**

Therefore, there will be a double check for NGOs that receive donations.

  • The first check will be the external requirement of being an “authorized donor NGO”, which enables the issuing of tax-deductible receipts for donations, prior authorization from the corresponding State Entity.
  • The second is the internal "participation protocol", which aims to determine what is dedicated to the promotion of Childhood Development.

In the medium term, with the solution already developed and in operation, we will see the possibility of incorporating into the STS, NGOs that are not authorized to issue tax-deductible receipts (the “no yet” Authorized Donees), scaling the project to an endless number of Entities that for different reasons do not comply with the requirements of the Tax Administration to be able to grant the tax benefit to its donors.

  • HOW DEMONSTRATE THE IMPACT?

The impact of FINGO will be demonstrated on the actions of NGOs financed with complete traceability, being auditables in real time by donors, across the Cardano´s Blockchain.

1- What does it mean for an organization to be an authorized donee?

  • Accessing national and international lists to receive economic resources from foundations, companies and people or even receiving an inheritance from someone.
  • Having legal certainty to receive donations by being included at the Official Gazette of the State or Country where is from.

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community

VALUE TO THE CARDANO COMMUNITY?

  • Proves the effectiveness of the Cardano Blockchain in real-life applications.

  • Attract new sponsors and promote the Cardano Ecosystem.

  • Drive innovation in Fundraising, enhancing interaction between projects and donors.

  • FINGO has the potential to bring true value with the capital provided by the Cardano treasury.

  • The ability for donors to monitor their contributions on the blockchain may improve Cardano standing as a platform for blockchain applications that promote social impact projects

  • Fostering demand for ADA and providing accessible information through the blockchain activity.

HOW WILL MEASURE THIS IMPACT?

  • Showing how the system gives the funds to real projects that the donor selected.

  • Escalating the project with more future financiers, who pay the expansion to other levels (FFF in the beginning, Foundations and International Organizations later in).

  • HOW WILL SHARE THE RESULTS?

  • Developing the Social Tracking System (STS) that will be a complete Social Nets report of each situation or expense, emulating FINGO in its own management of the project:

A supervisory bot is attached to the accounting system, which for each income or expense of the NGO, publishes a ticket, to which the personnel responsible for the management of the economic resource will have the possibility of attaching to the published ticket all the multimedia evidence they consider, This publication being voted and commented on by donors. For more detailed information about STS you can visit our WEBSITE.

  • And producing meetings on Youtube LIVE with the FINGO Team reporting results and being questioned by the Cardano users.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

A high-performance team must be created to work on the execution and start-up of the project, each one committing to do the impossible so that the project sees the light, compromising their own professional reputation.

The Team are mainly operating at their own costs and only asking for operational overhead, which shows their personal investment and the commitment on the intently hood to succeed.

  • Development of Phase 1 of STS with the help of Claudio Hermida and associate a backend developer in exchange for 5% participation.

  • Finalize the Business Plan for the conceptualization stage and future possibilities for the development of the final product (include the specific roles of each team member and the hiring needs of permanent or temporary staff) Establish the KPIs of each milestone and detailed role of each member.

  • Write the Bylaws of the Society. After that, Facundo will travel from Buenos Aires to El Salvador under his charge to establish the Company (Public Limited Company in El Salvador, under the coverage of the [Digital Assets Law](<https://www.asamblea.gob.sv/sites/default/files/documents/correspondencia/4CCA02DF-7C4F-4B25-9725-821EB3618A5D.pdf >)).

  • AD-HOC 1: The Founding Team will not collect money from Cardano funding for their work. For now it will be ad-honorem in exchange for the following distribution of shares*, which includes the Cardano Foundation, giving it the possibility of control over decisions while being within the Board of Directors:*

15 % - Facundo Couto.

5 % - Cristhian Tejada.

5 % - Francisco Montenegro.

5 % - Hector Guillén.

5 % - Claudio Hermida

5 % - Backend STS Developer.

10 % - Cardano Foundation

50 % - for future stock options + IPO.

In later stages with an economically viable product, we will look at assigning salary and performance rewards to the Founding Members.

  • AD-HOC 2: Other expenses will be paid by Team Members or other funding sources such as Crowdlending Platforms, Foundations or International Organizations interested in starting to develop the solution.

  • AD-HOC 3: We will adjust expenses to the available resources*, trying to optimize and save as much as possible, to continue financing the project,* returning the rest of the unused economic resources to the working capital of the Company.

  • AD-HOC 4: Depending on the exchange price of ADA against the dollar at the time the proposal is approved, the total price will have to be recalculated.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

  • It's an innovative solution that uses blockchain technology to improve transparency in Fundraising. This could help to attract new sponsors and promote the growth of the Cardano Ecosystem.

  • Donations will create demand for ADA, appreciating it´s monetary value.

  • Donations will be used in impact projects, easily measurable quantitatively by the transactional amount.

  • This project has the potential to bring true value to the Cardano Ecosystem.

  • Functional prototype done.
