Detailed Plan

My goal is to create a super engaging community in the San Diego area to talk about cardano.

The goal of these meet up is to interact with people in real life that is in the cardano community. In these meet up event, I will offer support on any cardano relation questions such as voting participation, learning about project catalyst, the tech behind cardano, and more.

I will also be using the fund to build a team to offer more meet-up hours at more locations within the cities to make it more engaging. My plan is also to leverage this platform to do community service work like beach clean ups while using the cardano brand to bring more public support. We will also offer office hours to community member to teach them how to build and run a node for themselves. We will also host fun events like singles nights within the cardano communities, so we can start thinking about growing the next generation of cardano users.

Market:

Our target audience are those that live in San Diego passionate about cardano, and people that wants to learn more.

Product:

We will be hosting Meet-up Events, learning sessions, Beach clean ups, and Discord channel, to create Boots on the ground to spread the awareness of cardano

Acquisition:

The way we build this community is through fun meet up events like hosting hiking event, camping trips, beach clean ups, free beer sessions.

Monopoly:

There are currently no San Diego cardano community, and this is the first. As more people join, this will maintain the biggest cardano community in San Diego. San Diego is also a big city, so my goal is to make San Diego one of the biggest local cardano communities.

Getting on the road:

Month 1,

Host our first event to gather feedbacks on what people's needs and wants are.

Start the progress of getting shirts and hats made for our next even

Plan 4 more events for the next month

Month 2,

Host 2 events (1 educational, 1 community service)

Gather more feedbacks on how to grow the community and figure out how to add more value to cardano and also our local community with cardano technology

Month 3,

Host 4 events (1 educational, 1 community service, 1 casual, 1 active)

Continue refining our processes and start to automate some of the events, so it becomes recurring.

In conclusion:

I am super excited to interact with the Cardano community in the flush. This is going to bring a lot of people together, and we can show the would how great the cardano community is!

I already created a meet up event, and we already have 27 members! will be hosting our first event in December!
