[IMPACT]

CONTEXT

======

Before, when I was a beginner at learning about Cardano, I had a lot of difficulties. Such difficulties as:

• Do not know where to start
• Documents are primarily in English, and specialized languages are difficult to understand.
• Documents translated into Vietnamese are challenging to understand
• Having to find records from many different sources
• Documentation is often inaccurate leading to misunderstandings.

Fortunately, I wrote and shared what I learned with the community, and the community corrected the places I misunderstood.

I always ask myself questions.

• Why don't we use the power of the community?
• Why do we have to use the strength of one person or a group of people but not the whole community?
• The community can help information become more accurate and understandable from the perspective of many people. So how to take advantage of the community.

That gave me the idea of building a model-like website like a Wiki where the community can contribute all the documents and edit them to make them easy to read and understand.

<u>Point of difference</u>

The community will arrange the content topics in a scientific order so that beginners can easily learn about Cardano. They will quickly know how to get started, unlike me who spent a lot of time searching, fumbling and confusing with too much information.

For example, here's one way to present a topic that's easy to understand for newbies:

Main Feature

• The community can post information materials for free and have the right to edit the content that they feel is incorrect.

• Build an encyclopedia website like Wikipedia with Vietnamese language and then develop it into a multi-language.
• The community will organize the content and presentation to optimize the readability and searchability of the document.
• All materials will be decided and contributed by the community.

Potential risks:

• Creating misinformation.
• Few people participate in contributing and moderating.
• ADA price fluctuates.

The solution to the risks:

• Initially, a team of three core members will be built. They will moderate posted information, develop a reward policy for active members, and punish members with evil intentions or repeated violations.

• Create motivation for contributing members to contribute and moderate content by Giving NFT badges to members who contribute and moderate their activities regularly and continuously. Members who own this NFT will have values and benefits such as: Buy tokens of projects on Cardano in the Private sale or Public Sale round.

• Apply for additional funding of $2,000 in case the price fluctuates.

We plan for 4 phases. The project will last for two years, so only phase one and two will be applied in Fund8. Phase 3 and phase 4 are planned to use in the following rounds.

During this period, we mainly focused on completing the Cardano Vietnam encyclopedia website and publishing 200 articles so that the Vietnamese community could easily search and research about Cardano. After these 2 phases, we will move to the expansion phase to let more people know.

<u>Phase 1: 3-month plan (Q3-2022)</u>

• System architecture design
• UI/UX design for Front-end Vietnamese language for desktop, tablet, and smartphone interfaces
• Building Front-end and back-end functions
• Build a list of categories, and the order will include: Cardano overview, technology, basics, programming, comparison between Cardano and other blockchains, catalyst.

<u>Phase 2: 6-month plan (Q4 2022)</u>

• Check the website and fix errors
• Put the website to use
• Create user manuals
• Build a topic and post 200 articles
• Improve and upgrade website to optimize the user experience
• Communicating to let more people know about the project

<u>Phase 3: 9 -month plan (Q1-2023)</u>

• Building a team of writing and moderation: 3 people
• Promote communication and increase the number of users, including Contributors, moderators
• Plan the design of the NFT to drive content engagement and moderation
• Multilingual feature design

<u>Phase 4: 12-month plan (Q2-2023)</u>

• Upgrade new features as recommended by the community
• Complete English language for the website
• Communicating and introducing websites to English-speaking markets to attract new users
• Recruiting international staff to implement multi-language

(3) UI/UX design for Front-end, Back-end for desktop, tablet, and phone interfaces: $3,000 ($30 x 100 working hours)

(4) Functional programming Front-end, Back-End: $18,000 ($40 x 450 working hours)

(5) Building topics, initial articles: $4,000 ($20 x 200 working hours)

(6) Cost of hedging against price fluctuations: $2,000
