NFT bridge and mega-gallery

Part of the bridge for Ethereum, BSC and Polygon is close to completion and is in final stages of testing now.

Router sending the information between blockchains needs 3 more weeks with testing.

Next step is to develop Cardano part, estimated at 4 weeks with unit testing in parallel with Router development.

2 weeks of integrated testing and the service is ready to launch.

So 6 weeks in total from the day starting developing on Cardano.

When the bridge is working, start developing nice and bright gallery where the migrated NFTs could be listed.

4 weeks end-to-end as art partner of the project already has a gallery, which will be used as a template to integrate crypto wallets/payments there.

Budget for a 6 weeks project:

4 additional developers for Cardano part - 72000 USD

2 dedicated testers, who will test and document results - 18000 USD

1 dedicated project assistant manager, who will help running daily scrums - 18000 USD

Bridge UI and initial gallery website - 12000 USD

Professional SEO and minimal marketing - 6000 USD in addition to already allocated private funds.

Plan shared 3 days from start.

Weekly report shared with the stakeholders and the community.

List of testing scripts with passed/fails status available online.

Code placed on GitHub every week.

Definition of success:

Bridge fully operational and launched. Intermediary measure not required on top of tracking steps due to short duration of the project.

Public launch:

13 December 2021, taking Fund 6 timeline into account. The team would prefer to launch 11 October 2021.
