■Why did we start this proposal?

ブロックチェーンを利用した仮想通貨の利点は、離れた場所にいる人に、価値を届けることができることです。

つまり、クレジットカードや銀行振り込みを使用しなくてもペイメントが可能であることです。

理想は、世界中の人々が経済的にシームレスにつながることになります。

しかし、そのためにはステップを踏む必要があります。

本提案では、まずは対象を日本の地域経済に絞ります。

現在、日本の地方経済は、地方自治体の経済破綻問題や産業空洞化が問題になっています。

この主な原因は、交通の不便さが理由です。観光資源による経済活性化も重要ですが、一部の地域しか達成することはできません。

このため、インターネットショッピングの展開は魅力的です。

しかし、支払い方法としてクレジットカードの導入や大手販売サイトへの掲載は、費用が高く小規模自治体や中小企業には敷居が高い問題があります。

また、広告費用が高いという問題と費用対効果が低いという問題があります。

さらに、まるで困窮しているということを理由に、詐欺的な販売方法をとる業者もいるため、単純に応援しようという気持ちが搾取されてしまうという悪循環もあります。

これは、現在の販売方法における宣伝効果まで含めて戦略が既存の業者の方が強いことにあります。

本提案では、Cardanoホルダーがこうした経済問題について興味を持ち、解決しようとしている意思を活用して、地方経済の活性化を考えています。

そのために、仮想通貨を支払い手段としたオンラインショッピングを試験的に実行します。

まず、本プロジェクトに協力してくれる販売業者を募ります。

しかし、これは無計画ではありません。本提案は、現在展開している、Kittamuプロジェクトと連携を行います。

Kittamuプロジェクトは、カタリストによる支援を受けたプロジェクトです。

まず、Kittamuプロジェクトに関連する、日本の徳島県吉野川市および周辺地域において、インターネット販売に協力してくれる小売り業者とコンタクトをとります。

本プロジェクトの予算と地方経済活性化の観点から、個人商店級の小規模業者をターゲットとします。

次のステップとして、カタリストファンドで、ADA払いにおける税務処理や割引制度に必要な資金を提供します。

これによって、少なくとも現在の日本の税制システムによる弊害を除去します。

加えて、インセンティブとして送料を無料にする、特別割引なども実施します。

必然的に、カルダノのニュースをチェックしている日本のカルダノホルダーに対する商品宣伝効果が期待できます。

また、カルダノコミュニティ内での宣伝により、日本のADAホルダーは、ADAの実使用を体験できます。

双方は面倒な税務処理を行う必要があるかもしれません。

しかし、Cardanoによる日本の地域経済循環の促進事例は、日本における仮想通貨の意識改革や小規模ながらADAホルダーの増加を促すことができ、AtalaPrismなどの将来的なプロダクトの採用動機にもなりえます。

また、最初にADAを提供することで、小売業者は、商品販売時にあらかじめ取引所に置いておいたADAを即時売却することで価格変動リスクを抑えることが可能になります。

これらの実験により、Cardanoベースの販売戦略、AＤＡ受け入れによる販売促進効果などを評価することができます。これは、将来的にＡＤＡ払いを活性化させるために必要な情報です。

仮に、この方法が全く意味をなさないのであれば、それはＡＤＡ払いというものは、意味がないということになってしまうのでしょう。しかし、成功した場合には、これまで全く興味を持たなかった人々がＡＤＡに興味を持つことになります。

そして、ＡＤＡに価値を感じる人が増えれば増えるほど、ＡＤＡの価値は上昇すると考えられます。

このようなプラスのサイクルを日本の特定地域ではじめ、この流れを日本全体にアピールします。

そして、最終的にモデルが確立されたのちに、世界的に展開することもよいと思います。

また、世界において似たような産業空洞化を抱える地域について、良いモデルケースとなりえます。

■Why did we start this proposal?

The main use case of CRYPTO should be payment, hopefully borderless.

The advantage of cryptocurrencies using blockchain is that they can deliver value to people who are far away.

This means that you can make payments without using a credit card or bank transfer.

Ideally, people around the world will be financially seamlessly connected.

But to do that, you need to take many steps and beyond many problems such as TAX, receiver and so on.

In this proposal, we will first focus on Japan's regional economy.

Currently, Japan's local economy is facing problems such as the economic collapse of local governments and the hollowing out of industry.

The main reason for this is the inconvenience of transportation. Economic revitalization through tourism resources is also important, but it can only be achieved in some areas.

For this reason, the development of Internet shopping from local area is attractive.

However, the introduction of credit cards and posting on major sales sites as payment methods are expensive and pose a high threshold for small and medium-sized enterprises.

There are also the problem of high advertising costs and the problem of low cost effectiveness.

In addition, there is a vicious cycle in which the desire to simply support is exploited because some vendors use fraudulent sales methods because they are in need.

In short, a kind of Scam was performed around internet local area shopping.

This is because the existing vendors have a stronger strategy, including the advertising effect of the current sales method.

In this proposal, Cardano holders are interested in these economic problems and are trying to solve them to revitalize the local economy.

We will conduct a trial of online shopping using virtual currency as a payment method.

This proposal will eliminate the negative effects of the current Japanese tax system at least.

In addition, as an incentive, we will offer free shipping and special discounts.

The seller can expect a product promotion effect for Japanese Cardano holders who are checking the news of Cardano.

First, we are looking for distributors to cooperate with this project.

This proposal will be linked with the Kittamu project currently under development.

The Kittamu project is a project supported by catalysts in Fund6.

First, we will contact retailers who cooperate with Internet sales in Yoshinogawa City, Tokushima Prefecture, Japan and the surrounding area related to the Kittamu project.

From the perspective of the budget of this project and the revitalization of the local economy, we will target small-scale retailers at the individual store level.

The next step is to provide the catalyst fund for tax processing and discounts for ADA payments.

In addition, promotion within the Cardano community will allow Japanese ADA holders to experience the actual use of ADA.

Both sides may have to do tedious tax processing.

However, Cardano's case of promoting Japan's regional economic cycle can encourage a change in the mindset of cryptocurrencies in Japan and an increase in ADA holders, albeit on a small scale, and can also motivate the adoption of future products such as Atala Prism. ..

In addition, by providing the ADA first, retailers will be able to reduce the risk of price fluctuations by immediately selling the ADA that was previously placed on the exchange when the product was sold.

Through these experiments, local area seller and citizens can evaluate Cardano-based sales strategies, sales promotion effects of accepting ADA, and so on. This is the information needed to activate ADA payments in the future.

If this method doesn't make sense at all, it means that ADA payments don't make sense.

However, if successful, people who have never been interested in ADA will be interested in ADA.

And the more people who feel the value of ADA, the higher the value of ADA will be.

We will start such a positive cycle in a specific region of Japan and appeal this trend to the whole of Japan.

And I think it would be good to expand it worldwide after the model is finally established.

It can also be a good model case for regions of the world with similar industrial hollowing out.
