Why StableCoin Wallet with USSD & STK gateway plus Treasury for Adding Value to Africa Raw Materials?

• People in Developed Countries suffer from weak economies with high rates of inflation, causing their savings to lose value rapidly.
• StableCoin will solve the volatility issue in the CryptoCurrency Space, bringing trust to the customers and encouraging government institutions to grant us licenses to work.
• Africa is rich in resources but poor in income, because they export cheap unprocessed goods, and other countries make fortunes from Re Exporting them.
• Building processing systems in Raw materials production sites will create jobs and improve people's lives, in the poorest places.

The Market Selection (Target Country - Rwanda)

• Must have the largest number of mobile users in Africa.
• Users must be familiar with the mobile digital financial services (applied for most African countries)
• Must be an established wide network of Agents and local financial services providers.
• Acceptable 2G and 3G mobile services especially in rural areas.
• For Cyber Security The Selected MNO (Mobile Network Provider) must apply the Security Assurance Framework published by the FIGI (The Financial Inclusion Global Initiative) based in the ITU-T Recommendation X.805 as its foundation for applying security control measures to achieve end-to-end network security, it also largely suggests controls based on the recommendations in the technical report "Security Aspects of Digital Financial Services"2 by the ITU-T Focus group Digital Financial Services.

1. Creat our own StableCoin Wallet based on Djed Protocol.
2. USSD & STK Crypto Exchange.
3. Mobile Application Based (or Terminal) Exchange for Agents.

Business Phase

• Make a contract with a respected legal firm to:-

1. Establish a company in the selected market.
2. Applying For A Value Added Service License to use the USSD and STK protocols of MNO (Mobile Network Operator) Company.

• Get the Necessary Government license and agreement to make the Treasury Fund responsible for funding the Added-value manufacturing of Raw Materials.
• Study the Market in Rwanda to pick the best investment opportunity based on the lowest capital needed and the fastest return of investment.

Milestones

1. Developing the USSD/STK User Application (Gateway) and Securely connected to The Djed StableCoin Wallet.
2. Testing.
3. Developing the Agent USSD/STK and Mobile app.
4. Testing.
5. Finishing the Business Phase.
6. Start the Engine.

Budget

!! The Requested funds 25000 will be payed JUST for part time Dev to deliver the Prove of Concept StableCoin wallet

• 100,000$ for Developing and Testing the StableCoin Wallet and USSD\STK Interface.
• 20,000$ to pay for legal fees, and acquire licenses and Establish the Company.
• 15000$ for Business and market research.
