The intent is to provide a Free Service to the Community. There will be a Donation option for those who feel the site has created value.
A Website where Proposers and Funded Projects can post an overview of their proposal, their specific Technical requirements and contact information. (e.g. Project A is in need of a Website Designer, and NFT creator, please review our proposal and contact [email protected] to discuss rates and dates)
A Website where Technical Resources can post their Skill Sets and available hours. (e.g. I have 5 years building Websites, I also build NFTs. Please review my Linkedin link and contact [email protected] to discuss rates and dates)

Many of the proposals from this community need Technical help that does not require Blockchain experience. Many need a Website built or common programming needs. This will attract Technical Resources from outside this community into the community.
It will also give Proposers who need Blockchain Programmers the opportunity to engage Programmers with Blockchain experience.

Estimating Sufficient Funding and Time is the main risk.
I have engaged a Programmer if something were to happen with his engagement I would need to replace his skills.
Community Engagement and Acceptance is always a risk.

Week 1 - Research Site Options; Purchase Domain Name, Purchase Hosting Site.
Week 2 & 3 - Develop User Stories prepare the Design Requirements for Front End Application Development. Research and Select an appropriate Database then Develop the Database Schema.
Week 4 & 5 & 6 - Project Development, Coding, Testing, Debugging.
Weeks 7 & 8 - Present findings to the Community for input and feedback on design and function. Would seek input and feedback via After Town Halls, Swarms and Community Zoom meetings.
Share the results with Catalyst Community.

Yes, Once a system is in place and being used by a community you always get request for updates and new features.

Monthly Reporting of project status is a requirement.
We will update the community at the Project Catalyst After Town Halls, Swarm events and Community Zoom meetings.

Success would be active participation by both Proposers and Technical Resources.
Success would be Proposers being able to find the Technical Resources they need to complete their Funded Projects.
Success would be Technical Resources who wish to engage in addition work would be able to find proposers that need their specific set of skills.
