There were internal struggles with the team that held us back, but fortunately these issues have been resolved. We will no longer be using the Adarent.io website for this project. We are now partnered with MintMatrix.io a local Cardano builder and friend of ours. We will be leveraging the functionality he has already built to create our marketplace and website. This is a huge leap in the right direction for getting an MVP up and running.
I have also done research as to all the resources I could find to help us build better smart contracts and aggregated two github Repo lists that serve as very substantial sources of other open source Smart contracts examples to see what are common best practices for building good contracts.
Progress was slow due to issues as mentioned and also because our last payment was delayed as there was a section I missed and I was then contacted with a request for that info and was given 90 minutes to come up with it. I sent the information within 90 minutes and even then the payment was delayed.
Me and my partner have began the research stage of our project. We both attended the Miami based Cardano Summit meeting and spoke to many helpful people within the Cardano community. They have helped guide us towards the proper resources to most effectively navigate the new advancements and tools available to Cardano developers such as Helius, ICAN, and Lucid.
We have also found some good repositories for looking at Cardano Smart contracts, and I have continued developing my Haskell/Plutus skills to be ready to modify and create my own smart contract. We will be completing this milestone and submitting out POM within this next week and hope to get that approved on time to get our next Milestone payout underway.
