Solution: Translations to Ukrainian and Russian languages

<p>There are no Cardano content in any of the local languages in Ethiopia</p>

<p>People cant build up multilingual resources if the innovation hub (ProjectCatalyst) itself doesn`t reach them in their local language.</p>

<p>Many African entrepreneurs are not exposed to Cardano because the initial information is given in English.</p>
