F8: Miscellaneous Challenge
Campaign Brief
This challenge is designed to capture interesting and valuable projects that do not currently fit into other challenges.
The only constrain to submit a proposal in this challenge is that the proposal needs to be somehow related to Cardano.
Defining the Challenge Alignment
During the assessment stage, Community Advisors should evaluate if proposals submitted in this challenge would be a good fit in any of the other existing challenges.
If this is the case, i.e., there is another challenge where the proposal would be well aligned with the challenge goals, then this proposal is not so well aligned with the 'Miscellaneous Challenge'.
Why is it important?
Creating a Miscellaneous Challenge could enable great ideas to be funded in a specific Fund, even if they don't fit any other Challenge.
What does success look like?
Funding great ideas that focus on problems that are not covered by any other Challenge.
Key Metrics to measure
At the end of this challenge, we will be asking ourselves: was this challenge valuable to the community?
- Successfully fund proposals, approved by the community, that don't fit well any other challenges.
- Number of identified possible Challenges to be proposed in the following Funds based on proposals submitted in the Miscellaneous Challenge.

Solution: The basic DLT360 content will become more transparently & comfortably accessible for the community (RADAR, Presentations, Videos).
DLT360: Smart Internship (6 months)
Solution: A smart internship-program will allow us to free-up our domain-experts up from many administrative tasks
DLT360: Review Catalyst Funnel
Solution: We want to visit this gold-mine of synergies and collaboration and invite suitable proposers to join the DLT360 contributor-network
DLT360: Environment RADAR Team
Solution: Our expert team & contributing network apply a well-defined process for keeping content valid and deliver the quarterly reporting
Digital hub for NGOs & charities
Solution: We're aiming to build a digital hub/web portal connecting charities and NGOs and Cardano users worldwide.
Decriminalize & Decentralize 🍄🌺☮️
Solution: Incentivize valuable dialogue catalysis and create CNFT "memes" from My City's Council Meetings as We discuss Psychedelic Decriminalization.
Decentralized Physics Simulations
Solution: Free decentralized physics computations while rewarding computation & data for corporate, academic, and community involvement with Cardano
DAO-NET & A2T Marketing
Solution: Expedite the growth of the Cardano community by developing a marketing campaign for the DAO-NET & A2T suites targeting non-blockchain users.
Courses & Education Crypto MKTPLACE
Solution: Marketplace for marketing and conducting online courses (e-learning) in blockchain, crypto and programming. Payments with Fiat and Crypto.
Collective Wellbeing via Cardano 🍄
Solution: Increase access and mental health awareness by innovative, collaborative action powered by Cardano NFT tech.
CNFT Taco Tuesday Food Truck
Solution: Our solution to the problem is to give people a Taco and an NFT and help them create a wallet.
Clean Water helping, carbon neutral
Solution: Clean water, increasing the health and creating the awareness of the Cardano project by educating through advertisement in these locations
Charity DAO
Solution: Charity DAO with snap in systems for non-profits, that's also a place for the community to donate and suggest/vote for new recipients.
Catalyst Facilitators’ Collective
Solution: Deliver facilitation skills training via Catalyst School; build an ongoing facilitators’ community to champion good facilitation skills.
CatalystCon 2022
Solution: Host a Virtual Catalyst Convention in Q4 2022, including panel discussions, recognition for leading projects and onboarding workshops.

Solution: Community-focused entrepreneurship program aimed at developing startup skills & building networks between entrepreneurs and mentors.
