We build a simple and friendly website interface with 3 major items: Understanding Cardano - Smart Contract - News & Community. The website is designed intuitive, easy to use, and compatible with many different devices to ensure people easily access and learn about Cardano.

I. Reason for the proposal

1. The main websites of the Cardano ecosystem do not have the Vietnamese language. Therefore, we find that creating a Cardano website in Vietnamese is essential and is a key issue for educating, and providing accurate knowledge, which is the basis for expanding and developing the Cardano ecosystem for the Cardano community in Vietnam.
2. Cardano community scale in Vietnam is growing strongly, the demand for information and knowledge of the Cardano Blockchain platform is very large. Therefore, news and knowledge about Cardano should be updated in a timely manner and highly reliable for the community and also a place to find a deep understanding of Cardano blockchain.
3. The number of documents and news from the Cardano ecosystem is constantly updated, in Vietnam, there is no channel specializing in updating information and official knowledge about the Cardano ecosystem, so it makes it difficult or time-consuming. Search for the community, so keeping them stay and sticking with Cardano is still limited.
4. The Cardano blockchain platform is built standard, and has been proven academic, the construction of Cardano.vn is the place to store the foundation knowledge in Vietnamese is very useful.
