We want to hire 2 locally based persons to help facilitate delivery of our educational program to students and professors in South Africa, Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya and Morocco. These countries have the highest populations of developers and students studying computer science in all of Africa.
The problem is sourcing talented educators that speak Afro Asiatic languages. We are based in Canada and cannot reach out to these large talent pools to raise awareness of Cardano and the opportunites that exist in this space.
To further complicate matters, Niho Saharan languages are also spoken in the target audience so we will likely engage 2 new members to the CardanoOutreach family.
Hiring 2 additional team members to present our educational program and onboard talent to the ecosystem is crucial to the mission of Cardano and banking the unbanked. This untapped talent pool understands what is needed (to build out solutions and use cases for Cardano and blockchain) and the restrictions of working in their respective countries (ie the local challenges).
Our greatest difficulty with be sourcing an educator who not only speaks the required languages but that shares the same passion and understanding of blockchain tecnology.
