After many years of training, we realize that the current training platforms have many points to improve so that learners feel excited and responsible for completing the course. Specifically, the existing problems are

Problems with learners:

• Not motivated enough
• The program is not attractive, less interactive, and distracted by other more attractive objects such as games, FB
• Time-consuming, high cost, many learners lose time for low-quality courses.
• Course quality is lower than advertised and lacks quality verification.

Problems with Content provider:

• Copyright theft,
• Attractive content with a reasonable cost is limited. Lack of motivation to create quality content.
• Depends on the platform(costs, regulations…)
• The quality of the course has not been accurately assessed (unreliable content): lack of verification, and fraud in the evaluation stage.

Our Solution:

We will Lamo -a smart education platform that could address all the above problems by all the below features:

• Learn 2 earn: Learners can not only gain knowledge but also earn money. Earning Tokens will be taken from the treasury.
• In the beginning, the content is practical courses for life (daily spending, Personal finance, and financial freedom for the Vietnamese market).
• Everyone can create and sell their course on our platform. we enable the power of community and break geographical borders.
• The community will vote for the interesting courses with their voting power.
• Multi-interaction with Learner through VR, AR, Course tracking progress enable- Learner must complete check-points to earn NFT rewards as their achievement and recognition.
• Users from the community could vote for their completed courses and receive rewards for the right votes (with the most ratings for course content and quality.)
• We utilize the NFT for the intellectual property rights of course. Each listing course should have its own NFT. Any parties who would like to use courses on other platforms have to buy this NFT.
• There are 02 modes for the app: free mode (free2earn) will have all basic functions. Users will be able to join and complete all fundamental courses and earn tokens. The advanced mode will enable the learner to earn tokens much faster with correct NFT.
• All featured NFT will be sold/rented on the market place

We are addressing on 02 areas of challenge settings:

• Integrations with other existing services, products, and protocols that improve the end-user experience.

We are running training courses through practical experiences. The list of courses is available at https://ask.com.vn/. Now with the successful funding and delivery of this proposal, we will bring better alternative education methods to the participants. In particular, participants will be motivated to complete the course in many different ways (experiences), so the number of people interacting on the Cardano blockchain platform from this dApp will be a large number.

Our current platform (https://ask.com.vn/) has thousands of participants every year, The upgrade and integration with the existing platform with LAMO dAPP will provide value to the participants, they are members of the Cardano community and builders of the Cardano ecosystem in the future.

We will NOT ask for repeat funding. This proposal is written for Fund9 with the goal of applying for funding to build the beginning phase of DApp. However, Lamo is a large decentralized education platform that will be divided into several phases. We will submit the additional proposals in the next funds for Lamo to achieve its targets.

We will ask for funding in the next rounds for other phases/ other proposals that support for Lamo platform (like marketing, community development, and scale-out platform…).

[AUDITABILITY] Please describe what you will measure to track your project's progress, and how will you measure these?

We measure our project's progress by using the below KPIs:

• The number of download Apps.
• The number of daily active users.
• The number of Github commits.
• The number of concurrent users at peak times.

The monthly report will be public on the Lamo web (https://lamo.info/ ) for the community to track.

Lamo is a decentralized education platform for everyone that connects millions of learners with tens of thousands of content creators.

Everyone can choose and attend quality-assured courses based on blockchain technology.

Learners and content creators can participate anytime, anywhere with an internet-connected handheld device.

Participants are motivated to learn and create content with outstanding features such as learn to earn, reward NFT, and recognitions.

The participation rate will increase thanks to reasonable costs, and simple ways of accessing, especially for those with low and middle income, helping to improve people's knowledge for the whole society.
