Rewards for Community Contributors

This proposal is a phase 2 development of a proposal funded in Fund 8 []. With the desire to be a decentralized information site, we expect all members who contribute to content creation to receive rewards.

Problem Statement

Most people create content about Cardano because of their interest and passion. They are the ambassadors for the strong Cardano community. Hence, we need a reward mechanism for them.

Community is the most Cardano valuable asset by building and contributing value. Thus, it is necessary to encourage them with well-deserved rewards

Solution

A reward mechanism will encourage the contribution of members. Contributors are motivated to create useful content for the community

Content contributors will be evaluated under the following parameter:

Relevancy: Based on the topic of contents
Instantaneousness: Based on the delay of the content compared to the original message
Virality: Based on the number of viewers and the speed of sharing.

This proposal will centralize the wisdom of the entire community to share and improve knowledge about Cardano. This result in a cohesive community, focusing on human knowledge. This is what sets the Cardano community apart from the rest of the crypto world

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

During the implementation of the project, we have foreseen some risks as follows:

Not updating enough news every day
Not updating daily news in time
Market price fluctuations cause a shortage of bonus funds for contributors. We are requesting $1,200 additional for the reserve fund.

To resolve this problem, besides content contributors, we also develop in-house content creators. This is very useful in the early stages of starting a project

This project uses resources from the community, so we only focus on building models and selecting contributors from the community.
