Japan has a lot of ada holders but the current situation is that Challenge Catalyst participation rate is lower than ADA ownership rate because they don't have much time to research to understand projects in Catalyst.
Knowledge and news about Cardano, Blockchain and Finance are mostly in English, so it is difficult to spread widely and timely in the Japanese community, affecting the speed of Cardano community expansion in Japan.
Japanese people work very hard and focus on performance. Besides, they spend a lot of time working, so they have very little time to read articles that are too long, especially academic articles. That's why they need summary articles with full content to save time and be most effective
Information sharing websites about Cardano are mostly very long academic articles explained in great detail. However, these articles are more suitable for those who have a lot of time and prefer to study.
Currently, most of the knowledge sharing website about Cardano, Blockchain are only 1 way-interaction and does not have good interaction between content posters and post viewers, has not helped to promptly solve questions, as well as receive comments from users.

Here is our detailed solution

Establishing an online “2 minutes Crypto Dictionary for Japanese”. The articles will be condensed with the most complete information. Everyone only takes 2 minutes to read an article in this proposal.

The “2 minutes Crypto Dictionary for Japanese” will have two phases of development.

Phase 1: Create the initial basis for the dictionary.

In this phase, "2 minutes Crypto Dictionary for Japanese" will be a place to post Cardano, Blockchain and Finance knowledge. The Knowledge will be logically arranged in 2 ways: According to the alphabet and by group of levels from basic to advanced. Thereby meeting many different needs of users.

Phase 2: Users can participate in posting knowledge and contributing ideas.

Each registered user will have the right to post content on the web, contribute knowledge to the community, comment and rate the content contributed by other users.

This proposal is a place to provide information and knowledge about Cardano, Blockchain and finance concise but still full of information. Helping blockchain technology lovers refine information, save maximum time. They only need 2 minutes to read an article and get all the information they need.
This proposal creates a place to store blockchain information and knowledge with high reliability, which is a tool to help break down the English language barrier, helping the community to have more knowledge about blockchain as well as Cardano, thereby making useful contributions to the blockchain community, especially Catalyst and promote development. Japanese community, CA community, vCA, Japanese proposal. At the same time, creating a place for knowledge exchange between the Japanese Community and the Vietnamese Community, developing a stronger and closer Cardano Community.
The articles published on the dictionary will be verified for the accuracy of information and knowledge by experienced members, with deep understanding, so the information is highly reliable. In addition, we create a knowledge base in phase 1, from phase 2 knowledge posts in the dictionary are contributed by the community and verified for reliability and accuracy by the community, ensuring ensure the objectivity of the information.
The community equipped with blockchain knowledge, Cardano will improve the ability to self-assess projects, reduce risks when investing.
Besides, the crypto project quality evaluation platform is available in the website. Users can both evaluate and look up the necessary relevant knowledge without having to look up in other sources.

Our core team Vcoincheck is a team from Vietnam. Through our solution, this proposal will create a connecting between East Asia community and our first target in initial stage is Japan.

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Risk 1:

After phase 2, users can contribute their own knowledge posts to the site. There will be posts with inaccurate information due to copying on sites that are not highly reliable.

*Solution:

We have a post review feature, giving suggestions for better posts. Users who have good comments, have a community-building spirit, and are endorsed by many users will be rewarded and encouraged.

Risk 2:

It is not easy to create a team that not only knows Japanese but also has basic knowledge of blockchain.

To translate and correct English to Japanese language and especially from academic language to common user language. This is a huge challenge

When they have an understanding of blockchain technology as well as Cardano, they will have more confidence in the potential future of Cardano as well as Blockchain technology. Besides, the Japanese are also very creative, so through the knowledge we provide, they will come up with a lot of new ideas and blockchain projects to apply in life, making life more comfortable and modern.
