Please describe your proposed solution.

DApps built on Cardano have created many important solutions for the ecosystem, but they have not received much attention and have few users. According to Messari's Q3 report on the Cardano blockchain, the number of active addresses in the quarter has decreased for three consecutive quarters. Specifically, there were 41,000 daily active wallet transactions in Q3, down 35% from the same period last year, and NFT trading activity in the quarter decreased for three consecutive quarters, down 46% from the same period last year.

The most obvious trend is that most ADA holders only stake but do not participate in projects on the Cardano ecosystem. This leads to the fact that ideas do not have an early-stage investment community, dApps do not have revenue to maintain and develop the protocol, and they do not attract DEVs to build on Cardano.

For the Cardano network to truly develop and expand, we need a way to increase the number of people participating in dApps built on Cardano. The Bamboo team proposes a solution that implements multi-channels from communication, education, and support tools. This is the plan that we have been implementing for the past 2 years with 5 main objectives:

• Research and share: Bamboo always updates and shares information and knowledge about projects in the Cardano ecosystem through channels such as: a Telegram group with nearly 1,000 participants, the website.
• Meetings: Bamboo will organize offline and online meetings to exchange and share information about projects in the Cardano ecosystem.
• Bot tools: Bamboo has built a bot on Telegram to check and track the price fluctuations of coins. It also helps to track the fluctuations of the balance in the personal wallet and track the flow of money of wallets containing a lot of ADA.
• Cooperation and expansion: Collaborate with groups or collaborate with projects to expand the number of people who want to be interested in the Cardano ecosystem, from organizing ISPOs, slot machine programs for delegators, etc.
• Community activities: Bamboo will sponsor football, cycling, running, and mountaineering events from events organized by Bamboo members or participate in major events to promote the image of projects in the Cardano ecosystem.

Special points of the proposal:

• Bamboo is the strongest group in promoting projects built on the Cardano ecosystem to the Cardano community in Vietnam.
• Provides many ways to increase the visibility of good projects.
• Support users in the best way possible with tools, information updates, knowledge sharing, and dApp usage experience for the Cardano community in Vietnam.
• Cardano is reaching the multi-blockchain connectivity stage. Seizing this trend, we plan to focus on expanding new communities by collaborating with communities outside the Cardano ecosystem to create a good premise for future multi-blockchain transactions.
• Solving the current project problem has few practical communication activities.
• Sports activities help to exercise and improve health. In terms of spirit, it helps the community to be more connected, thereby creating a small, friendly, and positive community to develop the wider Cardano community.

With this proposal, Bamboo will bring the following values to address the above issues:

• Research and share: Bamboo will provide a dedicated website and social media channels to provide users with up-to-date information about Cardano and its dApps. The website will include news articles, educational resources, and a forum for users to ask questions and discuss Cardano.
• Meeting: Introduce projects and answer questions so that the community can better understand projects, opportunities and risks when participating, thereby finding better options. Meetings will be recorded and posted on Youtube
• Bot tools: Participants easily track and better manage their assets, tracking active cash flows on the Cardano ecosystem.
• Collaboration and expansion: Collaboration with groups and projects helps to gain partner infrastructure to attract more people interested in the Cardano ecosystem to join our community, thereby increasing more people use and invest in dApps. Currently, we are cooperating with 5 groups: World Mobile Token Vietnam, Genius Yield Vietnam, Empowa VietNam, DCOne Crypto to support and use the service. The plan is to partner with more teams and projects both inside and outside the Cardano ecosystem. Any new partnerships will be officially announced on Twitter.
• Community activities: An event is a real-world activity that can help to increase awareness and indirectly promote projects. In addition, it helps to expand relationships, increase trust, and ultimately help the community to operate and develop more strongly. Images will be shared via Twitter.

From the values above, the success of this proposal will bring great benefits to the following stakeholders:

• Newcomers to the Cardano ecosystem: They will be able to quickly access dApps with news and basic knowledge in dApp usage.
• Investment professionals: They will be able to update and supplement their knowledge, answer questions, and receive better investment support tools via bots.
• The community: Through cooperation and event creation, the community will benefit from ISPO programs, special offers from partners, sponsorship for health-enhancing sports activities, etc.
• Other blockchain communities: Will better understand the Cardano blockchain.
• DApps: In direct and indirect ways, it will help dApps attract more attention, thereby attracting more users or investors to dApps.
• Cardano ecosystem: It will be more widely known and help to increase the number of active wallet addresses, which will motivate the ecosystem to develop.

• Do Duc Chau is the owner of BBO pool and the ambassador of Genius Yield in Vietnam. He has a deep understanding of programming and has created effective bots for the past two years.
• Nguyen Tung Lam is the owner of EarthNode for the World Mobile project and a content creator for the Cardano Spot social network. He is a core member of the Cardano Ecosystem Hub in Vietnam.
• Bui Van Hung is the owner of EarthNode for the World Mobile project and is a fitness instructor who specializes in organizing sporting events such as football and mountain climbing.

These activities were carried out by the core team members of Bamboo with their voluntary contributions for their love of Cardano over the past two years. However, in order to maintain regular activities and strongly develop the five goals set, we need funding from Catalyst at this stage.

Milestone 1: From March 1, 2024 to April 30, 2024

Research and share:

• Update daily news and important information about the Cardano ecosystem.
• Publish a weekly video summarizing information about the Cardano ecosystem.
• Write a weekly article sharing information or analyzing Cardano dApps.
• Answer community questions on the Telegram group.

Meeting:

• Organize an online meeting with content including introducing projects on Cardano. Explain how daaps of complex protocols like Indigo work. Genius Yield….
• Organize an offline session with a live stream, the presentation content is based on the Cardano blockchain to create practical applications to solve existing problems.

Bot tools:

• Operate a 24/7 bot to support checking.

+ Bot 1: provides Telegram community information support

+ Bot 2: supports checking Cardano accounts, reporting account fluctuations

• Update and improve the bot.

Cooperation and expansion:

• Partner with one community outside of the Cardano blockchain. Expand partnerships with other groups, specifically:

+ Attend at least 1-2 discussion sessions with other communities.

+ Participate in one social activity and save photos of the social activities to create virality in the community.

• Continue to organize the "Nổ hũ" program with the DCOne Crypto group. This program draws prizes from pool operations into the "No hu" fund each epoch. Detailed rules

• Sponsor part of a community event to climb Ta Nang - Phan Dung in April. This will bring the image of the Cardano ecosystem to a famous climbing area in Vietnam.
• An event to share posts to have a chance to win 20 shirts with the logos and tokens of projects from projects in the Cardano ecosystem that are voted by the community. This aims to attract users and increase engagement for the Cardano ecosystem.

Criteria for the first two months of implementing milestone 1:

• Published more than 30 articles providing important information about projects on the Cardano ecosystem and 4 in-depth articles sharing information or analysis about dApps on Cardano.
• Publish ten videos about one offline meeting, one online meeting, and eight videos summarizing information.
• Collaborate to expand the community with 3 partner groups: World Mobile Token Vietnam, Genius Yield Vietnam, Empowa VietNam and other communities outside the Cardano blockchain.
• Attract more people to delegate to the pool from sponsoring the "Nổ hũ" program.
• Partner to expand the community for the three partner groups of World Mobile Token Vietnam, Genius Yield Vietnam, Empowa VietNam.
• Create a sports playground for the community and combine the image of sports with projects in the Cardano ecosystem.
• Bring the images of projects in the Cardano ecosystem that are voted by the community to the top of a famous mountain exploration area in Vietnam. This is also a goal to connect Cardano-loving users on the trip.
• Complete the distribution of shirts to community members with outstanding contributions.

• Organize an online meetup to share information about major investment funds and investment flows into projects in the Cardano ecosystem.
• Organize an offline meetup with live streaming to present in-depth research on projects with real-world impact built on Cardano.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

All costs have been calculated in accordance with the average salary in Vietnam for each specific job in the proposal. Bamboo has been able to take advantage of the advantages that we have implemented in the past to save costs for this proposal. These include:

• We have built a community group and operating procedures for a long time, thereby saving a large amount of costs compared to groups that are just starting to build.
• Taking advantage of good infrastructure from partners to use, thereby saving a large amount of costs for implementing the proposal.
• All infrastructure, communication support equipment and personnel are already in place, requiring no time or expense to build.

We have and will implement this idea not only relying on funding from Catalyst to implement this proposal in 6 months but this funding will be an important step in our long-term plan to build and Develop a community dedicated to using applications built on the Cardano blockchain. From there we can have other sources of income without having to rely on a source of funding from Catalyst, such as:

• Increase revenue from operating SPO to maintain communication activities.
• Increase influence to collaborate on communication with other projects.
• Members can easily become community ambassadors for projects.
