The over all game concept is virtual monopoly game - 'Geomonopoly'. Utilizing as accurate digital twin of the planet billions of real address locations are digitally created and these land parcels can be purchased by players for speculation, development and AEC improvement. Over time a complete metaverse duplicate "Realverse' is created where players can build empires, or just find their special place in the Realverse. Over time metaverse VR, AR, MR rendered reality of actual places and new designed buildings are incorporated. Any entire new infrastructure of the planet can be built on the actual public and private land ownership.

Utilizing Cesium, Mapbox GIS and Unreal Engine 5 Engine technology to create accurate global digital projection published as an API. Format is the next generation of Google Maps. Detailed satellite image, street mapping and 3D building virtual real world is overlaid by billions of real esate boundaries. Geo-Parcels are creates reflecting real world public and private land tracts. Starting in Charleston, Nevis Island, Caribbean Sea, each address in the town has corresponding pre-minted NFTD, Non Fungible Token Deed which appears as a map marker 'hologram' over each property. Players can purchase the NFTD with ADA wallets. NFTD's can be sold in ADA NFT exchanges.
In the future each property can be developed and improved relative to zoning code by purchasing and designed new buildings, infrastructure and capability will be added. The first NFTD epoch will be Charleston with approx. 1000 properties for sale and each new epoch will added new towns on the Island. Eventually towns and cities of the entire world will be able to be purchased. Players will be able to buy land world wide and develop their own empires or simply get some great vacation property someplace.
