As I’m in Project Catalyst Fund1, I had a proposal “Cardano Hub”

After that Charles Hoskinson gave a speech on Community Led Hubs. Of course, most probably it’s only a coincidence, but now in Project Catalyst, there is a category for this.

So I decided to submit Community Hub idea once again, but increasing the focus on the bigger geography - Eastern Europe and decreasing the budget.

I think first of all it will be necessary to focus on the incentives than on some physical location of the hub.

So such incentives would be:

- Developer evangelism (explaining how and why it’s good to develop on Cardano)

- Local communication with businesses, NGO and government agencies

- Localization/translation help and support

- Meetup organization

- Cardano popularization

- Cardano and crypto education
