1. Social media account sharing Cardano Project Catalyst & ADA news

2. Produce a series of tutorial videos about Cardano Project Catalyst in Chinese and motivate viewers become active Cardano community members.

3. Hold online & offline Chinese seminars for those who are interested in Project Catalyst to mingle and share their thoughts.

KPI

1st-3rd month

• Deliver at least 3 tutorial videos in Chinese about Cardano Project Catalyst

3rd-6th month

• Provide at 1-2 translation to the winner of Cardano Project Catalyst in each challenge in Fund 6

6th-12th month

• Organize at least two online seminar for all Chinese speakers across the world and one offline seminar (if the pandemic is settled) for local Cardano community to bond.

Ongoing for 12 months

• Bi-weekly content updates about Cardano Catalyst / ADA news on social media

• Venue (offline event): $500 (1 day)
• Guest speaker fee (seminar): $2000*3= $6,000
• Infographic / poster / social media design fee: 500(per month)*12= $6,000
• Part-time workers for offline event: 15(1 hr)*8*1 day*4 ppl= $480
• Equipment for video recording / offline events (Microphone, Camera… etc): $2,000
