Cardano Rust SDK update for Alonzo
We will update this library for future updates to Cardano and also provide support & functionality to those who depend on it.
A lot of integrations in the ecosystem depend on this library (Coinbase and Yoroi for example) and it will stop working for Alonzo
This proposal was approved and funded by the Cardano Community via Project F5: Developer ecosystem Catalyst funding round.
