Detailed Plan

To accomplish our mandate, DAOs for Creative communities in Africa will conduct a series of activities targeted at accomplishing its mission:

1. Training - The first and main objective is to ensure a better understanding of Cardano and project catalyst among African creative communities. On the onset our activities will extend over three countries to ensure the possibility of knowledge exchange in a manner that will create value for all. The training will feature a syllabus on how Cardano has blockchain can address the prevailing issues of counterfeiting, provenance and the challenge of inadequate financial services for African creatives.

2.Good Publicity

For the success of a Creatives DAO we believe it is crucial to spread the word on the benefits of Cardano -and blockchain at large to various key stakeholders in government and the general public who have misconception of blockchain as been related to money laundering and scams. A good outline of Cardano's project catalyst with appropriate media campaign will go a long way to alleviate this misconceptions.

Furthermore, the governments can be made more aware of the negative impact of counterfeiting on the creative communities including stagnant growth of the art industry and increased unemployment. For an example, according to an article By Gerard de Kamper, the Chief Curator Collections, University of Pretoria, estimated that about 30% of artwork searches online yielded in fakes and it's mostly the black modernists (1960-1990) whose legacies are suffering. 3. Technology for development

A demographic that will most likely benefit from blockchain initiative like the Creatives DAO includes the unbanked and underbanked population. The DAO plan to engage non-governmental organization and alike towards financial inclusion for the unbanked and underbanked will further strengthen the notion of technology for development which will shed more positive light to Cardano.

4. Events

Finally, for the purpose of strengthening Cardano's African ecosystem, it will be important to continue sponsor and participate in events such as conferences & meetup for the creative communities in Africa.

5. Incentivized Gamification

The Creatives DAO will encourage African game developers to adopt Cardano blockchain in leveraging the new emerging Metaverse enabled Play to Earn model which can be made available to individuals and groups for personal or group rewards that may help towards community development.

Outcomes

As we embark on these activities, the Creatives DAO will familiarize the local creative communities with Cardano's project catalyst. The DAO will encourage local creatives subgroups to submit proposals and will support them in sourcing for appropriate funding in future Fund initiatives.

The Creatives DAO will also encourage African game developers to build new games or upgrade existing game to become Metavere enabled in a manner that will allow gamers to experience gaming within the Metaverse.

Increase the number of Cardano transactions in Africa. This figure may be compared to other countries to determine the DAO's impact.
