Solution
We will expand the existing platform by adding a feature to CardanoProjects.org that will help users soon know the NFT mint schedule, public sale, and ISPO... of the projects on the Cardano ecosystem.
Problem
The Cardano ecosystem attracts many developers to build the project, but users do not know the NFT mint schedule, public sale, ISPO ... when to start.

[IMPACT] Please describe your proposed solution.

We will build a simple feature to make public sales information, NFT mint schedule, ISPO… to the CardanoProjects.org audience and attract new users to learn about the Cardano ecosystem.

[IMPACT] Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

When visiting CardanoProjects.org, the audience can browse the event menu to see the public sales schedule, NFT mint schedule, ISPO, etc., clearly presented by category. This is how users don't have to follow Twitter, telegram, or discord of each project.

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Integrating this feature into our platform is risk-free. The biggest risk is that we can't update all new projects in time because the ecosystem develops very quickly.

Solution: In the future, we will have a dedicated staff to post events daily. In the long term, we will develop a feature for project owners to post events on the platform actively.

[FEASIBILITY] Please provide a detailed plan, including timeline and key milestones for delivering your proposal.

  • In the first two weeks after the project is approved: build the interface and features of the proposal

  • After two weeks: events start to be distributed on our platform

[FEASIBILITY] Please provide a detailed budget breakdown.

  • Event calendar feature design and UI: 40 hours * $40 = $1,600

  • Proposal feature development: 80 hours * $40 = $3,200

  • Post event for 6 months period: 6 months * $300 = $1,800

[FEASIBILITY] Please provide details of the people who will work on the project.

The design, development, and posting of the event calendar are all done by Garry

[FEASIBILITY] If you are funded, will you return to Catalyst in a later round for further funding? Please explain why / why not.

I will be back. When I need to apply for more funds to develop a feature that helps project owners actively post, manage and edit events on this platform

[AUDITABILITY] Please describe what you will measure to track your project's progress, and how will you measure these?

  • After two weeks, this event calendar feature will be completed, and users can access the CardanoProjects.org platform to experience the real thing.

  • The number of events on the platform increased.

[AUDITABILITY] What does success for this project look like?

The Cardano investment community has an additional portal on the public sales schedule, NFT mint schedule, and ISPO … of projects on the ecosystem.

[AUDITABILITY] Please provide information on whether this proposal is a continuation of a previously funded project in Catalyst or an entirely new one.

This is a brand new proposal
