My vision is:

Seeing the world as one. Offering every single person in the world the opportunity to develop themself and apply for the job for which they are qualified and which they love. In the same vein, we need to give every company in the world the chance to look for the right candidate.

Employers must also be aware that the labour market will change in such a way that qualified staff will be able to choose their jobs in the future, as more jobs are available than there are suitable staff.

Example of the procedure on the platform: 

Customer registers.
E-Identity procedure begins.
E-Identity procedure completed.
Customers can now access their company account.
Buy tokens from the platform to post job ads.
Branding options for job ads are also offered.
If all mandatory fields are filled in, the advertisement can be displayed.

Applicant Registers.

The applicant can now access their applicant account.
There they can select a format for a CV or upload their own document.
They can now also search for jobs via the browser as well as an app.
They can search for job titles/companies and locations.
With one click, they sends the application (curriculum vitae) to the company account.
Once the transaction has been completed, the applicant will receive a confirmation

Customer (Companies, Agencies, Personnel service provider, ATS-Systems, in the long term, States worldwide)

Where companies benefit from:

From a uniform structure, however, it is possible to introduce an individual branding of the job pages.
Once the e-identity has been completed, companies/applicants can continue to use it in the Cardano ecosystem as well as worldwide (this is the goal).

 The following numbers are available on the Internet:

In the world about 100m jobs are open dark figure likely higher
And there are 220m people unemployed dark figure likely higher
Of the 220m people about 50% are incapable of work / do not want to work this would be 110m looking for a job.
In addition, the figures are unfortunately unknown, how many companies want to post a job ad but can’t (too expensive, too complicated).
On the other hand, there are also enough candidates (job seekers) who have never heard of job boards or similar they send spam mails, collect data whether they want it or not.

These numbers and the complicated steps listed for applicants and companies are recognizable.

 How do I want to tackle this challenge? 

Easy and unique E-Identity / KYC process for companies.
Easy and unique E-Identity / KYC process for applicants.
Creation of an easy-wallet for companies/applicants.
A token used to pay for products.
smart contracts.
The products and the platform token go on and are affordable for any company.

Through sophisticated marketing. 1% of open jobs and 1. 1m job seekers get to our platform a year.

This would be a huge step and increase for the Cardanon network but also for the people who come into contact with a secure, scalable blockchain. This will also lead to a growth of wallets, transactions, and e-identities on Cardano.

I want to combine this with other Cardano-based projects!

Marketing strategy

The aim is to create a network (to gain partners) to create a global brand that everyone in the world knows and connects with a job search.
The products/platform should operate via SEO, SEA and SEM marketing worldwide.
Marketing on platforms like Twitch, Youtube, FB, Instagramm, Telegram must also be done to reach the future of morgn.
Just like advertising spots worldwide/countries depending on TV (World Championships, European Championships, Olympics, e-sports events)
In addition, large retailers in the industry create incentives to use this platform for themselves and their customers.

Risk: Lack of technical staff, co-founders, money etc.
