Detailed Plan
Living Waters Costa Rica is an integrative healing space, sustained by a closed loop fish and mushroom farm, in service to the local community and beyond. We are weaving the web 4.0 story about the causeway between digital and physical, meaning and serving.
Our community will be located on an 18 acre functioning fish farm. There is a river that runs through the property providing a calming and regenerative space. There is an existing house with a restaurant and tavern which are currently not open, but are to be revived to serve locals. We will be using our space as a meeting center for the Cardano community with monthly meetups. We intend to make this a crypto positive atmosphere to help onboard locals and help promote involvement with the local economy.
Timeline:
Q1 2022:
Site planning and residency mid January.
Objectives:
Initial batch of 500 trout in ponds, oyster mushroom blocks fruiting in greenhouse.
Onboard employees, retail clients, and local partners with ADA/Fiat.
Site Planning for expansion and managing (retreat space, coffee, bamboo, housing, etc.)
Launch our Eco SPO
Q2 2022:
We are hoping to get the restaurant and tavern revived late Q1 early to mid Q2 as funds and time allows. Beanchain Coffee is developing educational content with the support of the Catalyst School. We will be providing a space for their services at our location. These tools will build the knowledge base necessary to foster a farmer collective on Cardano. Bringing the highest quality of information and delivering it in a way that is easy for people to absorb is one of our goals and by collaborating with other members of our Cardano community we can make that happen!

Objectives:
Opening of the restaurant and tavern and first mini summit to expose the Cardano ecosystem to our local community.
Supply Coffee to spaces like Beanchain and create demand to on board local farmers into the Cardano ecosystem
Stake Pool Operation:
Our property is powered by green energy from the local dam. We will be opening an eco stake pool operation to represent our community and provide decentralization to locals. After onboarding locals we will refer their delegation to our pool. We will be able to offer incentives and promotions to locals delegated to our pool at our restaurant and tavern.

Restaurant and Tavern:
Initial reopening will include a few chosen staples and the outdoor kitchen for the fisherman Catch and we Cook operation. Payment in ADA will be accepted and encouraged. With our farm to table model we will be a nexus point for community members that speak love through the language of food, teaching Costa Rican food traditions, and local foraging practices.
Mini Cardano Summit:
Held in Q2 2022, we will educate locals on the benefits of using ADA and create an atmosphere for networking and exploring areas we can involve Cardano in the community. This will also be an avenue to find locals that will be employed in our farm as needs expand.

Future expansion:
On-site green Power Generation:
Being on the river we have an opportunity to install low pressure water turbines for electrical generation. Minimal engineering and land impact is required. The current fish pond waterfalls allow for 15Kw micro hydro turbine installation. The excess electricity not used on the property will provide expansion capabilities and redundancy. The possibility exists to sell power back to the grid to recoup the cost of the turbine and installation.
Our project will come to fruition this year per planning and personal efforts, but at this time we are exclusively dependent on catalyst funding to integrate with the Cardano ecosystem.

Living Waters Costa Rica es un espacio de curación integrador, sostenido por una granja de peces y hongos de circuito cerrado, al servicio de la comunidad local y más allá. Estamos tejiendo la historia de la web 4.0 sobre la calzada entre lo digital y lo físico, el significado y el servicio.

Eco Stake Pool Operacion
Cuarto 2 2022:
Esperamos revivir el restaurante y la taberna por fines de Q1 o medio Q2 según los fondos y el tiempo nos permita. Beanchain Coffee está desarrollando contenido educativo con el apoyo de Catalyst School. Brindaremos un espacio para sus servicios en nuestra communidad. Estas herramientas construirán la base de conocimiento necesaria para comenzar un colectivo de agricultores en Cardano. Es nuestra esperanza para dar información de la más alta calidad y entregarla de una manera que sea fácil de absorber para las personas y al colaborar con otros miembros de nuestra comunidad de Cardano podemos hacerlo!

Stake Pool:
Nuestra propiedad tiene el beneficio de energía verde de una represa local. Abriremos un Stake pool ecológico para representar a nuestra comunidad y ayudar a la descentralización en nuestra comunidad. Ayudando a locales a establecerse en la comunidad de Cardano podemos ofrecer incentivos y promociones a los locales delegados a nuestro Stake pool en nuestro restaurante y taberna.

Restaurante y Taberna:
La reapertura inicial tendrá alimentos básicos y la cocina externa se usará para cocinar peces que nuestra clientela pesca. Pagamento en ADA será aceptado. Con nuestro modelo de granja a mesa, seremos un centro de comunidad para los que hablan amor a través del lenguaje de la comida, enseñando las tradiciones de comida costarricenses y prácticas locales de forrajeando.
Mini Summit:
En Cuarto 2022 Tendríamos un mini summit para hablar con locales sobre los beneficios de usar ADA y crear un lugar para conectar con proyectos en la comunidad. Esta será una oportunidad para conocer los locales en los que podemos emplear ayuda en la granja.
Indicadores de desempeño:
Por lo menos 20% de los clientes que incorporan los sistemas de pago ADA por Q2 2022
Por lo menos 20% del salario de los empleados en ADA por Q2 2022
