Can you articulate the gap between the current state and the expected or envisioned state?

Given the below challenges in the current wallet environment I’ve experienced first hand and from most other new and existing users I believe the entire ecosystem would benefit from education and collaboration.

Current wallet environment limitations:

The Yoroi wallet mobile app does not function as designed after storing approximately 150 NFT’s. It also lacks the ability to view NFT images or to send multiple tokens at once.

The Nami Wallet environment lacks a mobile app as it is browser extension based, meaning dependency on other software.

The Deadalus wallet environment also lacks a mobile app, as well as not being able to view NFT images. Extensive load times to synch when not left running is also a roadblock to adoption.

A branded mobile application that addresses the above challenges will be a major driver in positioning Cardano as the blockchain of choice for NFT based businesses.

End state

An ongoing and evolving onboarding and training process to help reduce the friction involved with learning the Cardano NFT ecosystem and be a sort of incubator for future projects.

Additional areas to explore for future roadmap of NFT business services

NFT virtual showroom integration

Research into potential use cases with NFT frames type hardware that showcase NFT drops and collections

Automated NFT & token sales via vending machine services.

Improved filter and search capabilities desired by NFT businesses

General consulting and marketing services
