https://www.cardanoworld.io/projects in its updated version will provide catalyst-search-filters, e.g.:

category fund round

Problem:

As of now, there is no transparent, public, and easy accessible way to record and categorize Catalyst projects. Catalyst has no overview.

Detailed Plan

PHASE 0 (no funding requested)

Already achieved scope:

 • Stakepool explorer <https://www.cardanoworld.io>
 • Projects can summit their name, web address, logo, picture, description, category
 • Projects are shown in a list
 • Project are shown in squares

Filter:

 • Category

In progress:

PHASE 1

New scope (funding request: https://cardano.ideascale.com/a/dtd/www-cardanoworld-io-projects/381865-48088):

Project can summit additionally:

 • catalyst funds requested
 • catalyst funds received
 • catalyst fund round
 • link to their catalyst proposal

Additional Filter:

 • catalyst fund round
 • funds received (yes/no)

A map especially for catalyst projects (like this <https://cardano-staking.com/de/community-involvement/cardanoworld-io-cardano-ecosystem-map-2> ), but dynamic <https://www.cardanoworld.io/projects/map> (and in this case –> 1 square = funding round for example)

Feedback and ideas appreciated / purpose

The purpose of the filters and the map is to bring a better transparency and a better overview into the catalyst system. This way everyone will know what NFT-Projects for example were funded in the past and that way a project that does exactly the same thing can be avoided for example.

We will be open for feedback / ideas also after we got funded. You can contact us: [email protected].

Costs:

 • Server: USD 500 (a year or longer)
 • Development: USD 4'500

Project-Deadline PHASE 1:

 • 1 month after funds received

PHASE 2

New scope (funding request: https://cardano.ideascale.com/a/dtd/https-www-cardanoworld-io/381864-48088):

Project can summit additionally:

 • their pool-Id and Ticker, which will be linked to the stakepool-explorer (cardanoworld.io),
 • their social media links
 • their token-ID, token-symbol, token-ticker, which will be linked to the stakepool-explorer (cardanoworld.io) with a yet to develop token information page (information from the blockchain)
 • their company name and how many number of employees and freelancers
 • their vision for cardano
 • if they are a DAO (yes/no)
 • what languages they speak

Filters:

 • languages
 • DAO (yes/no)
 • number of employees and freelancers

A dynamic map especially for languages (like this <https://cardano-staking.com/de/community-involvement/cardanoworld-io-cardano-ecosystem-map-2/,> (square = a language)

Costs:

 • Server: USD 500 (a year or longer)
 • Development: USD 14'500

Project-Deadline PHASE 2:

 • 3 months after funds received

IF WE GET FUNDED FOR BOTH PHASES:

We can start with PHASE 1 or 2 - it does not matter. We start with what we get funded. If we get funded for both we start with phase 1. In this case Project Deadline of PASHE 2 is 4 months (1 month + 3 months).

THANK YOU:

Phase 0 was an enormous effort. We invested a lot of hours and did it for free. We think we did a lot for the community and we loved doing it. Unfortunately, our stake Pool CASCH is greatly under-performing.

We are a team of two highly motivated people (senior developer / analyst) who love cardano. We did this in our free time. Imagine what we could do if we worked fulltime for the cardano-community. Getting funded would mean a great deal to us and would confirm that we are on the right track.

Thank you.
