Promoting Cardano in the highland

[IMPACT] Please describe your proposed solution.

Problems/Current Status:

After many tours to the highland, we are seeing:

In highland, almost all the people there do not know about blockchain and Cardano.
They have low education, we are difficult to teach them about blockchain.
There are many schools in the highlands in Vietnam that are degraded, the teacher and students teach and learn in difficult conditions. This leads the children to not know that in the future, they can get rich by investing in coins or developing a career based on blockchain.

Problem-solving:

We will build a new school instead of the old school to help them learn better and hope that, when they grow up, they turn back to help their compatriot.
In this school, we will build a big billboard to show that Cardano sponsors this. This will be engraved in their mind for many years, and when they grow up, they will choose Cardano for investing.
Besides that, we set up a little library named "Cardano Libary" in this school for children can read books every day. We will put some books about blockchain there.
This sponsor of Cardano will help these children for many years, a school like that will exists for at least 30 years, and many children there in many generations know Cardano.
We will bring the opening event of the school to the newspapers to promote Cardano to make the Cardano brand more familiar in Vietnam.

As the above problem solving, we believe that the project will be completely suitable for the challenge "Grow East Asia, Grow Cardano" because:

All number of proposals originating from East Asian participants in Project Catalyst
The place where the project will impact is Vietnam, is a country in East Asian
All KPIs can observe
The participation of the Cardano community will increase when more people know Cardano via this project.

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?
Bad weather conditions at the time of construction hampered completion on schedule. We plan to build around September to March, at this time the weather will be favorable for construction.
Raw material price increases due to inflation. We reserve $1000 for this risk.

We need $29,950 for this project. Please see the detail below:

The first month

Field survey, meeting local authorities and the school: 2 times x S200 = S400
Making the document to legalize the construction (funded by local)
Making a school building blueprint (free from key-person): $250

Second, and third months: Building the school:

Workers: total construction area about 100 square meters x $60=$6000
Materials: 100 square metre x $150=$15000
Furniture: $2000
Construction supervision: Supporting from parents for everyday, travel expenses for project owners for supervision: 1-time x $200 =$200

The fourth month

Metting at the end: $500
Set up the Cardano billboard on school: $800
Set up the mini Cadarno library: $800
Connect to three newspapers for reporting this event: $3000

Nguyen Kim Sao, Lecturer (since 2011) of the Faculty of Information Technology and primary person of a charity group, University of Transportation and Communications, received a Ph.D. in system information at the Vietnam National University, Hanoi (since 2021), data hiding experts, developed many applications.

Fields research: watermarking, data hiding.
