Solution

I think the solution is to help other pool operators figure out a community token strategy and also help them issue tokens to drive adoption

Problem:

Small pool needs to offer more incentives to offer delegators to grow their business because people just want the most rewards.

Detailed Plan

I've been working on a token minting and distribution service. It is not done yet, but the goal was to offer delegators that wants to be part of the FYTO ecosystem to earn tokens if they are staked with the mission-driven pools that is looking to further the green revolution. Within FYTO, we are looking to create our own green initiatives thru engineering new solutions that will reduce our carbon footprints, such as more plant base meat options, better watering systems, and growing food more sustainably.

We also plan to use the FYTO tokens to help create a decentralized non-profit fund to support local community members that wants to tackle local green initiatives instead of just donating to large organizations. We want to create a more intimate relationship between the giver and the receiver to maximize accountability and impact. The way we do this is to create a DAO using the FYTO token where we can partner with stake pool operators to join, and ask them the link up their local non-profit organization that they want to support to it. We want to build in our own verification process over time to make sure the money allocated is being used for the proposed project.

We also want to connect the person's identity to the work, so everything can be tracked.

Our goal is to empower the people that want to create a positive impact in their community by providing them the funds to do so.

There are lots of problems we have in this world, and I want to do as much as I can to help give resources to people that want to solve it together. It's also why I love the Cardano network because our community seems to care more.
