We are in contact with the Atala Prism team who gave us access to the Atala Prism canvas materials.

Development stages

Our initial goal for this proposal will be to develop the technology based on Atala Prism infrastructure and prove the flow from user to service provider.

- Develop the DID for travelers using Atala Prism

- Develop interfaces/plugins to travel technology systems

- Test the process from traveler to service provided interacting to two system

- The development will be coordinated with the Atala Prism team to decide the prioritization of features and starting location.

How success looks like

Our goal is to deliver a technology working POC within this proposal timeframe. With the team experience and industry knowledge, we are confident that the solution is achievable.

Phase1:

- 3 months - Development of the traveler DID and interface documentation

- 6 months - Completing beta testing with two system integrations

API documentation will be available for the community for further use and expend of the solution

Phase 2:

- Within 12 months - solution lunch and can be promoted to other services

KPI

The key KPI for this proposal is to finalize the full cycle from a traveler to the hotel system. For this proposal, we will integrate with 2 hotel systems and will test on a handful of travelers.

Once phase 1 is complete successfully we will present specific KPIs for further phases and the best strategy to introduce the solution for the travel B2B market.

Budget

Based on eRevMax integration experience we estimate the following team and budget needed for phase one of the project.

- 2 developers for 5 months

- 1 QA for 4 months

- 1 analyst for 2 month

- 1 UI/UX for 2 month

- 1 Project management x 6 month

The estimated total cost per person per month is $1,500

Total month/person = 24month x $1,500 = $36,000

Miscelenios costs $2,000

Total Cost = $38,000

Challenges and risks

- Travel industry resistance from major players that might perceive it as a challenge

- Security and assurance of traveler data is a top priority but also a challenge (eRevMax has a lot of experience in it - but still a key point)

- Potential government regulation related to privacy and handling of official documents

SDG goals alignment (based on AIM Proposer SDG tool - https://cardanocataly.st/proposer-tool-sdg):**:)

Goal 16. Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels

Goal 17. Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development
