Context.
- Knowledge and news about Cardano and Catalyst are mostly in English, so it is difficult to spread widely and timely in the Japanese community, affecting the speed of Cardano community expansion in Japan.
- Information, knowledge sharing websites about Cardano only stop at introducing some basic knowledge, not synthesizing in-depth knowledge and technology knowledge of Cardano.
- Currently, most of the knowledge sharing website about Cardano, Blockchain are only 1 way-interaction and does not have good interaction between content posters and post viewers, has not helped to promptly solve questions, as well as receive comments from users.
- Knowledge about blockchain or Cardano is very vast. A knowledge library that wants to be effective for the community and readers must have all the basic knowledge and take a lot of time to build.
- We have been funded in the initial proposal at fund 8 (https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/397463) with 70 knowledge articles will be posted and displayed in 3 languages English, Japanese , Vietnamese.
- After 1 month of implementation, we have researched and made a list of more than 130 major knowledge items to write articles and have done to write more than 30 knowledge articles. - Knowledge articles sometimes include many technical terms that cannot be listed in a 2000 word article and many readers do not have enough time to read.
New challenge
- To write a knowledge article or create a good and effective knowledge library, the implementation team must study very carefully about the list of articles, the timeline for writing and posting to ensure the seamless science of 1 library. The process of ensuring and controlling the quality of articles also needs to be strictly implemented.
- Knowledge articles sometimes include many technical terms that cannot be listed in a 2000 words article and many readers do not have enough time to read. So the new challenge for our library that create a new section, that provide the shorter articles and suitable for reader who dont have too much spare time to read.
- Learning is always accompanied by practice to be able to remember for a long time and deep understanding. The challenge for Vcoincheck library is to solve this problem in addition to 2-way interaction with the readers' questions and comments or create a set of quick test to help reader can remember or in-depth understand what they read.
Here is our detailed solution
- This proposal is aimed at implementing phase 2 of the Vcoincheck knowledge library.
- Increase the number of knowledge articles by 100 articles.
- To promote and disseminate knowledge about Cardano. We pledge that these 100 new articles will be 60% Cardano knowledge.
- To Increase the quality of knowledge articles. We conducted to post knowledge articles at 2 websites Vcoincheck.io and Cardanolibrary.net in which, Cardanolibrary.net is a website for the team to write, edit and collect comments from the community of people who have good knowledge of blockchain. After editing is completed, the articles will be officially posted on the website Vcoincheck.io
- Continue to research a list of knowledge articles that are suitable for all types of readers.
- Create new section in the library: "Crypto dictionary" .
- To increase the 2-way interoperability of the library in this phase 2 we will write articles on demand. The community can ask for the article topics they want based on the list of knowledge articles that we link above.
- To solve problem number 3 like the challenge part above. At this stage we will research and create another new product for the Vcoincheck library, which is the Vcoincheck Quizz.
Vcoincheck quizz will be a quick quizzes that allows the community to test their knowledge anytime, anywhere without wasting time learning from the beginning.
Structure of Vcoincheck quizz: In this phase, we want to create a quiz with 200 multiple choice questions with the following specific structure.
The questionnaire will consist of 200 questions: 100 easy questions, 60 difficult questions and 40 very difficult questions. There will be at least 120 questions regarding Cardano.
An easy quiz consists of 25 questions: 15 easy questions, 5 medium questions and 5 difficult questions. The average time to complete a test is 10-30 minutes
An advance quiz consists of 50 questions: 25 easy questions, 15 medium questions and 10 difficult questions. The average time to complete a test is 30-60 minutes
50 questions will be selected randomly from a set of 200 questions, each test is 1 time with different content.

*To incentive and encourage the spirit of contributions from users in the community, to help improve the quality of articles written and uploaded by users from the Japanese and Vietnamese communities to the library, we plan to There will be rewards (gifts or cash) for users who have good comments, good construction sense.

This proposal creates a place to store blockchain information and knowledge with high reliability, which is a tool to help break down the English language barrier, help the Japanese community access Cardano and Catalyst faster, and promote development. Japanese community, CA community, vCA, Japanese proposal. At the same time, creating a place for knowledge exchange between the Japanese Community and the Vietnamese Community, developing a stronger and closer Cardano Community.
The articles published on the library will be verified for the accuracy of information and knowledge by experienced members, with deep understanding, so the information is highly reliable. In addition, we create a knowledge base in phase 1, from phase 2 knowledge posts in the library are contributed by the community and verified for reliability and accuracy by the community, ensuring ensure the objectivity of the information.
The community equipped with blockchain knowledge, Cardano, Catalyst knowledge will improve the ability to self-assess projects, reduce risks when investing.
Besides, the crypto project quality evaluation platform is available in the website. Users can both evaluate and look up the necessary relevant knowledge without having to look up in other sources.
Our core team Vcoincheck is a team from Vietnam. Through our solution, this proposal will create a connecting between East Asia community.

Risk 1:
After phase 2, users can contribute their own knowledge posts to the site. There will be posts with inaccurate information due to copying on sites that are not highly reliable.

We have a post review feature, giving suggestions for better posts. Users who have good comments, have a community-building spirit, and are endorsed by many users will be rewarded and encouraged.
Risk 2:
It is not easy to create a team that not only knows Japanese but also has basic knowledge of blockchain.

In fund 8 we got funded a proposal that we will open 2 training course to train non-knowledge people to become knowledge-people.
