Assume Dublin, Ireland as pilot programme city, nation.

1. Formalise partnership with Enterprise Ireland (EI) & the Irish Local Enterprise Office Network (LEO) to roll out Cardano education to all startups, SMEs and large enterprises in its network

2. Develop audience specific Cardano educational materials – focus on practical adoption/usage of Cardano to foster entrepreneurship

3. Offer bridging assistance to bring interested parties to future Catalyst fundraising rounds as well as advertising investment opportunities in these startups to the Cardano community

4. Possibly - Run $20K investment competition through the EI & LEO networks whereby startups are invited to put forward proposals for projects on Cardano.

5. Perform detailed monitoring and evaluation exercise, develop lessons learned and scale plan for wider roll out to other enterprise development agencies in other countries.
