[IMPACT]
Learning about cryptocurrency is a challenging task for the everyday person new to the concept. Information is often scattered and unless you stumble upon the right thing, difficult to find. We plan to create a respected, community approved welcoming committee to assist and give people direct points of contact almost immediately within their journey.
We want to help with user questions, providing informational material and fast tracking those individuals to other established members of the ecosystem, whether it is someone interested in creating CNFTs, music, development, gaming, etc. We plan to use high quality art and gaming to help with the onboarding process.
Helping others avoid scams and pitfalls will greatly improve the crypto experience and reduce the rate of losing people unnecessarily to bad experiences.
With the use of social media and Twitter Spaces, we will have an ongoing standard to which can be held. Over time this will build on itself as a reputable source for the public to guide new people into crypto and become a trusted source of learning.
The challenges we face would be gaining the trust needed within the Cardano ecosystem. We are already working diligently on this to show that we are a group of individuals that are passionate about cryptocurrency as a whole. We are establishing personal connections throughout Cardano and the crypto world to create a foundation of trust that people can rely on.
[FEASIBILITY]
We plan to start work on this immediately. We previously had 2 series drops within our project and have enough material to create a strong base. We would like to continue this in a manner that makes sense for everyone. The goal would be to help those new to crypto and Cardano specifically be able to use their talents where it fits to help the continuance of Cardano’s growth.
We would use the funding to build educational spaces within the metaverse among other resources. These would include a Cardano specific historical museum, a gaming facility, stadium seating classrooms, and other smaller gathering environments. The continuation of our series would also be established adding more materials in the form of artwork to the platform. We would purchase land within the metaverse to assist us with having a meeting place for those using VR.
Our team members are established within the Cardano space. We have a stake pool operator that can assist with technical questions and materials. Members that have been here since 2017 that have been taken advantage of before and can help spot potential scams or pitfalls within the noise. We also have wallet specialists that can assist and help with different features.
Our willing to provide outreach and just getting to know new members of the community will be featured. We all plan on being part of the ecosystem for years to come and we can only grow further with people that have a long-term vision.
[AUDITABILITY]
We will be held accountable by members and the community within Cardano. We do not have a finish point for this project. Our goal is sustained onboarding for as long as new people are willing to explore cryptocurrency and Cardano. As long as people want to learn, we want to be here to teach.
A successful project for us would look like the following: We would have an individual pointed to our project either from marketing or another member of the community, and they would be able to ask questions to gain a basic understanding of what crypto is and how it works. We would then assist them for as long as they need, and once they are ready to branch out into the ecosystem, we then provide them guidance to a specialist within the area of study they are looking. We plan to cut the educational curve down from months to days.
