General plan

Cardano defines its purpose as follows: "A platform built for a sustainable future, to help people work better together, trust one another, and build global solutions to global problems." Several successful Cardano NFT projects touch on related topics but they focus mainly on their visual art and development. We will utilize NFTs for publishing and sharing textual content with the main focus to connect and empower people who are passionate about making positive changes in their lives and in the world.

We will create a communication platform where people can ask each other questions, share ideas and inspire each other about personal development and sustainability. In addition, we will provide continuous content for the community through both written and spoken formats. This is presented in the form of blog posts, online classes, and livestream AMAs featuring experts and pathfinders in fields related to growth-focused and sustainability topics.

People can own unlimited access to our content and platform through our "platform access" NFTs with inspiring texts. We will produce our own content and also collaborate with others to allow them to post related content on our platform.

Through growing our community, we will facilitate an audience for content creators, drawing them to our platform which in turn attracts new community members. In doing so, we increasingly establish ourself as the go-to platform for any personal development and sustainability related content and conversation. This will be the place where people who are drawn to Cardano for its purpose statement can connect, learn and collaborate in order to contribute to a better world.

MVP platform

In its initial state (Phase 1), the platform will be used only to post content. There will be different pages where community content is posted on a regular basis. One page for blog posts (at least one post a week); one page for live online classes (at least one meditation class and one yoga class posted a week); One page for live AMA streams (posted at least once every two weeks); one page where previous classes and AMA's are stored and can be rewatched.

Next (Phase 2), communication features will be added to the platform. First of all, community members can participate in an ongoing chat for general conversations. In addition, a series of pages will be available where community members can post about specific topics and others can comment. Topic examples are "Ask a question", "Share a story", "Ideas to contribute to a better world" and "Collaborations for a better world". Finally, a special page will be added where the community can interact with the team and request specific content as well as send in questions for upcoming AMA guests.

In a later stage (Phase 3), a one-on-one video chat functionality will be created where community members can be randomly paired with other community members to have conversations about topics of their interest. Furthermore, an auction space will be created where people can buy ownership of the released content (under the condition that it will always be available for the whole community on our platform). These later features (Phase 2 and 3) will be funded with money raised by selling "platform access" NFTs. All different features per phase are summarized below:

<u>Creating the text and design for our NFTs</u>

Two of our team members are currently working on creating the text and design of our OneTile NFTs

<u>Promoting the project to people interested in self-actualization and transcendence</u>

We are currently presenting our project to communities that revolve around topics related to personal development and sustainability. For example, we contributed to the Dream Space online festival for mental health awareness and suicide prevention (see our attached promotional video). In addition, we are reaching out to all the real life growth-oriented communities that the members of the team are part of. For example, meditation circles and ecstatic dance communities. Finally, we have established agreements to appear on the NFT-Link podcast as well as the NFT News Update podcast in the upcoming weeks.

<u>Establishing the core of our community</u>

As a result of our ongoing promotions, we come across many people who express interest in our project. We are already bringing these people together in order to establish the core of the OneTile community. We currently have a discord server (https://discord.gg/76pfWFfB4q) where we keep these people updated about the progress that we are making. In this channel, people are already actively engaging in conversations related to personal development and sustainability. We aim to further establish the core of the OneTile community through a special early supporter NFT release. People who buy one of our early release NFTs will receive one of our 10K release NFTs for free when we release them. Both NFTs will give access to our platform.

<u>Finding content creators for the OneTile platform</u>

We are currently speaking with several people who have expressed interest in publishing content on the OneTile platform. Members of the team, as well as external connections have a talent for writing and want to facilitate regular blog posts on our platform. In addition, we have found a certified yoga teacher who is interested in facilitating a weekly yoga class and a weekly mediation class. We are also in conversation with someone who has experience hosting AMA's and is interested in being the AMA host on our platform.

<u>Reaching out to NFT and blockchain related projects with shared missions</u>

We are actively engaged in establishing the "NFTs for good alliance" together with Damian from CardanoTrees. Here, we are bringing together community leaders from different NFT projects that revolve around making positive changes in the world so that we can enhance our shared ability to do so.

Financials

The requested funding will be used to kick start our project and help us build Phase 1 of the MVP. From that point onwards, OneTile will be able to generate its own income streams (see financials section in attached whitepaper). The costs are based on estimates from the development advisor in our team.

Roadmap

<u>Within first month:</u>

• Functioning NFT marketplace is established
• Our 10K series of NFTs with inspirational quotes are pre-minted
• At least 3 collaborations with other projects with shared missions are established
• Community contains >1000 members

We think that we can reach this ambitious number of community members within the first month for the following reasons:

1. Our currently ongoing promoting efforts
2. The currently established and growing OneTile core community
3. Our access to a specific subgroup of the Cardano NFT community that is specifically interested in NFT projects that work towards a better world through the "NFTs for good alliance"

<u>Within first 3 months:</u>

• Beta version of the MVP platform (Phase 1) as described in MVP platform is established and tested on "early supporter NFT" community members
• Our 10K series of NFTs are being offered for sale (expected launch date in March 2022)
• First content is being posted on the beta MVP platform
• At least 6 collaborations with other projects with shared missions are established
• Community contains >2000 members

<u>Within first 6 months:</u>

• MVP platform (Phase 1) as described in MVP platform is established
• At least 50% of the 10K NFT series is sold
• Content is posted on platform on a regular basis (at least weekly)
• Added platform features (Phase 2 and 3) as described in MVP platform are being incorporated using the money raised from the NFT sale
• Community contains >4000 members

<u>Long term</u>

The team envisions future releases of additional NFTs that will allow a larger number of people to access our platform in the case of a successful first release.

IP

The platform itself and the community treasury will be in the name of the company OneTile inc. which is owned by the team behind the project. All content that is posted on the platform will be freely accessible to all the people that hold at least one "platform access" NFT in their wallet. In addition, each piece of content (blog post, online class recording or AMA recording) will be turned into an NFT and auctioned among the community in combination with one or more related give-away items/NFTs. The auction winner determines if the content will also be made accessible outside of the platform.

Definition of success

<u>After 3 months</u>

• Beta version of the MVP platform (Phase 1) as described in MVP platform is established and tested on "early supporter NFT" community members
• Our 10K series of NFTs are being offered for sale (expected launch date in March 2022)

<u>After 6 months</u>

• MVP platform (Phase 1) as described in MVP platform is established
• At least 50% of the 10K NFT series is sold

<u>After 12 months</u>

• The OneTile community and platform are fully self-sustainable and able to generate new income for further growth (see financials section in attached whitepaper for additional information)
